⚠️ A SERIOUS WARNING REGARDING JT BEAUTY ApS NEAR VESTERPORT STATION – AN EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !
On Saturday, 31 October 2026, at approximately 10:59, I visited JT Beauty ApS near Vesterport Station to receive a foot treatment, including a foot bath, with the reasonable expectation of being provided with a professional, hygienic and satisfactory service. Unfortunately, my experience was exceptionally disappointing and fell considerably below the standards one should reasonably expect from a professional beauty establishment.
I paid 450 Danish kroner for this treatment, yet received approximately 19 minutes of service in total! I find this profoundly unreasonable, particularly considering the amount charged and the limited duration of the actual treatment.
To make matters considerably worse, the female employee repeatedly emphasised that both she and her male colleague, who was responsible for performing my treatment, were extremely busy and needed to finish as quickly as possible. As a paying customer, I found this attitude highly unprofessional, as I should not have to feel that my presence is an inconvenience simply because the employees have other commitments !
Furthermore, the water used for the foot bath was unpleasantly cold and appeared unhygienic, which made the experience even less satisfactory. A foot treatment should, at the very least, provide a comfortable and appropriately prepared environment, rather than leaving customers questioning the quality and standards of the service they have paid for.
It is simply unacceptable to charge customers 450 Danish kroner for such a rushed and disappointing treatment ! A business should prioritise customer satisfaction, professional conduct and appropriate standards of hygiene rather than allowing internal scheduling difficulties to compromise the experience of paying customers.
In my opinion, the treatment was nowhere near worth the price, and the overall quality of the service did not reflect the amount of money I was expected to pay. I left feeling genuinely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my appointment was handled.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly discourage prospective customers from choosing JT Beauty ApS. I sincerely hope that the establishment takes customer feedback seriously and makes substantial improvements to its treatment quality, professionalism and general customer service.
Customers deserve respect, sufficient treatment time and a professional service that genuinely corresponds to the price they are paying !
Please consider this a serious warning before deciding to spend your money at JT Beauty ApS. I certainly cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience !
