The first time I bought a case from them, it didn't fit properly. So they replaced the whole case now questions asked. A year later, that replacement case broke and they replaced the broken piece, no questions asked. Great customer service with very quick response times. Can't recommend them enough.

Jsaux has some verry good products at decent prices. There customer support is amazing. Verry quik to answer and gave me a solution to my problem.

I'm very impressed with the service that I received from Jsaux recently. I had a Steam Deck dock that I had purchased 10 months ago that developed a fault, I contacted Jsaux customer service and they replaced it without any hesitation. I received the replacement extremely quickly and it works perfectly.

Des produits de qualité et un sav hors pair. Ayant malheureusement eu un soucis avec la batterie pour la ROG Ally, cette dernière ne voulait plus prendre la charge après deux mois et demi. J'ai eu une prise en charge par le sav total après plusieurs échanges afin de justifier que la batterie était bien HS. J'ai reçu une nouvelle batterie par la suite gratuitement et rapidement

Wonderful cable, super thin was exactly as it was advertised and what I needed. The only challenges was I ran into some issues just over a year after I purchased it slightly outside of the warranty period. The technical support team did a wonderful job trying to diagnose the problem. Identify the potential challenges, and when they identified the issue could not be resolved, they were nice enough to extend the warranty and send me a replacement cable! With this level of customer service I will definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a charger from them a year ago and loved it. I bought a new one this year and it worked fine for the first month and then it just stopped working. I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful, they walked me through troubleshooting and after they determined that the charger itself might be defective, they offered a replacement completely free of charge. What a way to keep a customer!
