Lisa was SO helpful for our recent trip to Italy. I contacted Lisa after seeing information about Jrttravel on Facebook. She quickly organised a quote for us, and after discussing our original plans, we decided to change location. Lisa was more than happy to start again from scratch for us, and found us a great price for the package we were looking for. She organised everything from flights, accommodation and private transfers, while comparing options and giving advice throughout. Lisa checked us in and got us fantastic seats together on the flight. We didn’t have to worry about a thing - Lisa had it all under control. I would highly recommend Lisa and I really appreciate all the help she gave us with our holiday. Thanks so much again.

Great customer experience! Would not hesitate to use Lisa in future!
Thanks again. 😊

I have booked a few holidays with Lisa as her customer service is amazing. I would not book with anyone else as she is the best at getting you great deals.

I have been using Lisa for several years now, her customer service is second to none. She always finds me the beat of deals and keeps me updated, from booking holiday to checking me in. Nothing is ever a bother or hassle for Lisa. I would 100% recommend Lisa to others for there holiday bookings, I already have a few upcoming holidays already booked and cannot wait. Thanks again Lisa.

This is the second time that we have booked through Lisa, again an effortless experience for us as Lisa done all the work to ensure we got a package that suited our family at a great price. Lisa was on hand to answer any questions we had for assurance. A great experience booking via Lisa JRT, absolutely recommended.

Honestly from start to finish Lisa has been so helpful and so nice. Now booked two holidays and wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I recommend Lisa to everyone. We weren’t even sure where we wanted to go this year and Lisa was so helpful in finding our holiday. We are really looking forward to our first holiday abroad as a family of four ❤️ xxxx

Booked with Lisa for a big group booking, I was late added on taking somone else’s space but she was a great help! Would really recommend xx

lisa made booking a holiday with a large amount of people easy, she explained everything with loads of detail and no beating around any questions. she has proceeded to do this all the way through our booking with name changes, people taken off the booking, payments and all the disasters that could possibly happen she made these easy and straight forward to deal with🩷

I have booked 4 holidays with Lisa in the last 2 years and currently in the process of booking another for later this year. The level of service always received is second to none and no matter what kind of deal I find, Lisa has always managed to better it.

On one of our trips our return flight was cancelled and we were getting little to no information at the airport. I made a quick call to Lisa and within 10 minutes she called me back and could tell me exactly what was going to be happening. This was around 10pm at night I should add so Lisa went over and above for us.

I look forward to booking many more family holidays via Lisa @ jrt travel.
