Today I went to Bianca island just off the coast of safaga in Egypt. What an amazing day organised by an amazing woman.
I contacted jet travel for a quote before the excursion. The service I recieved from Lisa was outstanding such a friendly woman with a good professional attitude. Lisa was very informative and helpful and made sure I was given all information following my booking. I have been on trips before and always been waiting for my transfers because they have been late but not with Lisa my transfer was exactly on time.

The boat we travelled on was very clean and tidy and all the staff were very friendly. We had a snorkel stop which was professionally carried out me personally I did not snorkel but the views from the boat with beautiful. We arrived at the island and was given welcome drinks and taken to our designated lounge area and left to enjoy.

The island is all inclusive except for shisha massage and ice cream which had to be paid for. You really get your moneys worth with this island you get all inclusive food and drink (even alcohol) snack bar, animation team, face painting for the kids, foam party, and a trip on a glass bottom boat.

Anyone looking for an island trip I would reccomend Bianca island, very beautiful and you are not hassled or harassed by any staff.

One thing that I really liked about jrt travel is that Lisa really does care about her clients, she sent me a message to make sure my transfer had collected me, and to wish me a good day and also at the end of the day to make sure everything was okay and that we enjoyed it. This kindness from lisa is an amazing touch to the business and I will definitely be back in contact for my next excursion.

Lisa gave a lot of options for our family holiday in Hurgada and was always on hand to answer any questions we had as well as organising trips and transport to and from airport as well as the Marina. Was great to be treated as a person rather than a number. Will def book with her again, thanks again Lisa

Highly recommend booking with Lisa , we’re just back from a week away to Tenerife and absolutely loved it , including the private transfer all fab !!

Lisa is always pro active when it comes to replying on what’s app too , is always there to answer any questions !!

I even messaged her regarding nothing to do with my holiday but about parking regarding a concert I had and sure enough Lisa messaged back straight away helping as much as she could 🧡🧡

Lisa was absolutely superb from start to finish, arranging two private trips for us—a private fishing trip and a private quad biking excursion.

We experienced a slight issue with the second trip, but it was completely outside of Lisa’s control. Despite that, she went above and beyond to put things right, and her customer service was exceptional throughout.

I always believe the true measure of a company is how it handles problems when they arise, and Lisa and her team exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and we’ll definitely be booking with them again when we return in September.

We entrusted lisa with a trip to Las Vegas for our daughters wedding, for 11 people! She was professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her, from start to finish! Dealing with Lisa has been an absolute pleasure nothing was a problem, good communication very fast response in helping us sort out our holiday package, found it really helpful with Lisa's knowledge of Egypt hotels and what was on offer around the hotel. We would definitely be using JRT Travel going forward and would highly recommend for anyone wanting or looking to book a holiday.

First time booking with JRT and won't be the last, would highly recommend. Even when we were on holiday and made any contact, the communication and replies were fast and any queries were resolved easily. Hi just back from a gorgeous holiday in Paphos first time in Cyprus it was amazing we stayed at the aquamare hotel which was lovely brilliant sea view got Lisa to add in extra weight for luggage and I needed it lol 😂 the staff at hotel all very friendly and could not do enough of if I had one complaint it would be not a lot of entertainment however we could hear music from hotel next door which was great actually I would like to thank Lisa and her team fantastic holiday and would defo use jrt travel again ❤️

I found Lisa on a group where we connected lisa organised our daughter and son in law there perfect proposal. Lisa went above and beyond for them .

Can not fault JRT Travel at al. Amazing customer service. Lisa is lovely and recommended Bianca Island to us. It was like paradise. My husband and I didnt want to leave. W are back home now. Will definitely book through JRT Travel again for day trips. Next year will be the first I will be booking a holiday through them too.

I have just booked our 5th holiday now with Lisa and have also recommended her to numerous family and friends who in their words, wouldn’t book through anyone else now. We booked a few excursions through Lisa at JRT, Bianka Island, stargazing with quads, and a taxi to the marina. Honestly, every single experience exceeded our expectations.

The drivers were always on time, polite, and just genuinely lovely, and we felt completely safe throughout every trip which as travellers in a new country meant a lot. Our taxi to the marina was with Lisa's husband Scott, who gave us a brilliant rundown on Hurghada and was every bit as great as Lisa.

The quad riding was a highlight, 90 minutes that went far too quickly, and the traditional Egyptian show, food, and stargazing afterwards were just incredible. One of those evenings you know you'll still be talking about years later.

What really set JRT apart was Lisa herself. Communication was so easy and she has a warmth about her that made it feel less like booking a service and more like chatting to a friend. Responsive, reliable, and completely stress-free from start to finish.

We loved our experiences so much we're now seriously considering asking Lisa to help us plan our wedding abroad. That says it all really.

Absolutely excellent!!! Made our whole holiday. We were recommended to contact Lisa at JRT by a friend. We were new to Hurghada and wanted sound advice for trips. She was kind enough to meet us to go through trip options and booked them all so easily. Very good prices compared to the hotel trips. The itineraries went exactly as planned and the communication throughout was excellent regarding pick up times , what to take etc
We did a snorkeling trip, a speed boat with dolphin watching and island stops, horse riding on the beach and quad bikes/desert safari with camel rides, bedouin visit and jeep travel over desert. We have teenagers so this was ideal. It was reassuring to have Lisa at the end of the phone and she always replies. It can feel a bit daunting. Thank you Lisa and JRT. It made our holiday. We'll book directly with you next time we are heading to Egypt 🇪🇬 xxx

Amazing, well organised, will definitely book with this company again

Went to Egypt first time in March & having looked at many agencies to help with excursions i chose Lisa at JRT Travel....she was completely on the ball, friendly ,answering queries (which im sure are overwhelming considering how many ask same questions over & over lol) one of the trips was small van Luxor VIP Trip....highly recommend this trip ...transport & driver were excellent, Valley of the kings, Tutankhamen's tomb, mini Nile cruise, lunch provided, picked up 3.15am...the huge advantage speaking to someone in English who can understand your needs, no hidden costs ..will be returning & definitely choosing Lisa & Scott again...
