Just love all the products and choice and pups do too.
High quality, lots of variety and quick delivery too.
Only little thing is the price of moon bones. I buy elsewhere for £18 a kg which is much more convenient and cost effective. Shame, as would prefer to buy everything from JR. Very helpful staff if you have any questions. Recommend.

Have been a JR customer for ten years now. Always top quality treats for our Alfie, delivered promptly and lately with free gift treats. Have also started used their tinned meats recently, which Alfie also loves.

Charlie is 16 years old and can’t / won’t eat most dog chews. They are either too hard or too much effort.
However he eats these chews easily and wolfs down one an evening. He likes all flavours.
Whilst not the cheapest on the market he does love them
Service is quick and efficient as well

First, my dog loves their pate, which can be cut to any size or stuffed into any bone or feeder, which makes it the perfect training aid and treat. Second, their customer service is fantastic - I need to swap out one protein as my dog can't eat it and they are always so helpful and happy to make the change for me. Their bones are also great for long lasting occupation.

Quality products that are shipped quickly.

I buy the Rabbit pate for my Dachshund who has food allergies. Always sent out fast and well packaged.
The Pate is always sealed brilliantly and can be used in so many ways.
I also buy ostrich bones for her and she loves them. Again brilliantly packaged and enjoyed by my dog and those I have bought as a gift.
Recently I have been buying a few cans of the pure meat and it has went down a treat. I have recommended JR to so many fellow pet owners I cannot fault it.

You have changed your cooking process and where as before i could break them into smaller pieces for my dog now they just shatter they are so brittle

I have used this company multiple times for my two French bulldogs mainly for the meat sticks, Sprats and fish cubes and they have always been of top quality. My dogs are super-fussy but they always look forward to the next JR Pets delivery! Many thanks.

My rescue loves the pure toppers & is always happg to see his dinner. 100%natural his favourite is the Salmon.

After our order was left on the doorstep by Royal Mail and was consumed by foxes because we were away for the night, JR Pet Products replaced the whole lot free of charge. Obviously we were very grateful. The kind of customer service that means we will definitely be back.

My boy loves JR's treats and they do a good range of hypoallergenic treats. however over the past few months I have noticed changes in some products. 1 - lamb tripe 25cm & 2 - lamb braids. lamb braids seem very over done and much tougher for my dog to chew. and lamb tripe now comes in all odd sizes as if not folded enough, so looks like a sheet of lamb tripe , a roughly 6 pack ends up being a 3. I have stopped buying one , and feel I will soon stop buying the other & maybe sticking with lamb spaghetti, which also seems stuck together now creating thick spaghetti & an overweight dog lol.

Winnie has been on jr pate since she was a puppy ,she 4 years old ,jr pate was recommended by another dog walker because Winnie was prone to tummy
Problems ,since being fed on this we have not had upset tummies and no horrendous vet bills! I know it is on the expensive side but it works never met a dog who has turned their nose up.

JR Pet Products are my go-to for all my dog’s food and treats. Their complete tinned food is the first dog food he’s ever eaten as soon as it’s put down. The quality of its amazing & it’s not full of crap. We also love all the treats, especially the dried chicken liver!

Great brand, we specifically order the pure pate 400g blocks which we cut up for training on the daily. They last and are good nutritiously as it’s just meat and nothing else.

I admit I am fan, and have been with JR Pet Products for many years. In all that time you would think there hiccups, but no, except just recently an order was a little below standard, I felt the need to reluctantly contact Customer-service.
What a great experience from EMILY and her colleagues, the phone was answered quickly, directly to the customer service team and not passed from department to department.
EMILY was so helpful, had great communication skills and sorted the issue in the same day.
