I really enjoyed the training and to the best of my knowledge, I have achieved my objective of registering for the course. The three Microsoft packages (excel, word and PowerPoint) that I went for were adequately packaged and designed for easy understanding. I really benefited from the training and so grateful for the entire organisation that made it possible.

Very well presented training, it has given me more confidence and understanding of IT programmes

I had to watch the course leader try to get the internet working fpr thirty minutes. Then I sat for two and a half hours watching people being told how to fill in their funding forms? Surely the ability to fill in a form independently is a prerequiste to any IT course. In my experience 70% of IT work is filling in query forms, if they are struggling with basic enrollment I dread to think what the rest of the course would have been like for them.

Maybe having two funding streams on the same course isn't the best idea

I have several years of experience in digital logistics, just looking for a stamp or qualification on what I already do.

The course delivery was terrible and 800 pounds exorbitant when compared to other more professional courses I have attended, at a substantially lower price.

Would not reccommend.

The class had a mixture of different levels of knowledge and this.made it difficult for the beginners. I found the room a very difficult envionment, couldn't see the board at the front of the class. The tutor wasn't very patience with some of the students and they tended to ask other students. Spent the first day just registering and I was going to leave as mine was complete. On the last day, the tutor was marking work some were marked and gone by 10,o'clock others still sat there for no reason until 3.15. Should be a better system.

Though the course period was short but it was concise, straight to the point and learner friendly especially to those that have no idea in the area of IT

I learned so much in 5 days training session! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their MS office skills!

It wasn,t my best experience .There was a lot of informations in so limited time and lot of time waste during the course because of internet and computers default ,besides l haven,t heard from you about my resalts.

I attended ITQ course early July 2019 in Balham. Tutor was excellent and has provided useful information in each classes.There were a teaching assistant who supported us during lesson individually.
Will highly recommended.Would like to attrend further next level class in the future.

It was great course very well organised and great professional tutor (Lennie Prosper), enjoyed it and gained good knowledge happy that I attended.
Only one issue, which is that after having the assessment test to the different levels of people attending, I would suggest that for beginners or those with very weak (IT) knowledge should not be on the same class as the advance members, as it's unfair for those medium to advance to be delayed, held back and time consuming by the those with hardly have any basic IT knowledge.
