Awful latest experience
I've been using them for at least 5 years, first to ship to Italy and then to Ireland. I never had any issues up until recently (August 2020). They even bought stuff for me once and always answered all queries in a speedy manner.
Then, obviously something, someone must have changed and the problems started.
I bought 3 books from Amazon Japan, they got to JPN Depot a few days later and I got the notification that my books had arrived. I choose the shipping and paid for it.
After a month I remembered I never got an email from them to say the items were shipped. I went to check on their website and the package was still on a "packing" state. I contacted them, they never answered me but after 3 days they marked the package as "shipped". After 3 months I still have to receive it and after what happened I'm afraid they stole my books.
I've contacted them 4 times about it and got no answer. I'll contact a translation agency and ask them to contact them by phone.
Never again with them. I trusted them, not anymore.

slow, unreliable, didn't ship my package after almost 6 weeks
I requested a shipment on August 19. It's October and they still didn't ship my package. Not only they were slow in replying to me, but they aren't replying to ANY e-mail I wrote them since September 10.
I feel like they might've lost my package.
This service might be a few yen cheaper than others but saving so little is not worth all of these problems.

Use at your own risk
The absolute worst shipping forwarder I have used. Took them over a month to add my items to their inventory after they arrived at their warehouse. They also complained about items being too heavy even though their site clearly indicates them being supported. Very slow to respond to emails. In the end they didn't even consolidate my packages like I wanted so I had to pay more for shipping since they decided to send everything separately.
