Is filing a trademark easy? YES. You should, however really consider what follows which is one very diligent and arduous process. Or, has it been that long that we just forget?

We worked with JPG Legal and Mike Ortiz to get our company name, logo, and a product name registered as trademarks with the USPTO. The process was easy for us and they kept us informed at every step. It took a long time to get the trademarks registered (nearly a year), so I'm glad I started when I did and didn't wait longer. And their package prices are excellent -- you really can't beat it.

There is a famous rule in business which applies to attorneys, doctors, contractors and pretty much any supplier, which is: "A provider can't be Fast, High Quality and Inexpensive all 3 at the same time. If they are high quality and inexpensive, they'll be slow. If they are Fast and Knowledgeable, they are expensive. If they are fast and cheap, they are not high quality". Wrong, wrong, wrong, JPG Legal proves this to be wrong. They are damn knowledgeable, fast and at very reasonable rates and above all they are ethical. You don't hear "don't waste your money doing this or that" by attorneys. Jeremy and his team do. I highly recommend them.

I had to register a trademark in USA. The team responded promptly ! We had to submit twice do to the fact that was a complex submission with a lot of services in it and they have asked for more detailed description. The team helped me to fill up the missing details and we were able to achieve the award !

These guys are quick, efficient and professional. Pretty much a seamless service. They take your requirements and run off and do their thing and you have every confidence they know what they're doing and are on it. Would have given them 5 stars, but occasionally had to chase things up a couple of times. All in all it's as good as you can get from a distance-based service. Will definitely use them again.

We had a feeling our trademark was going to be a tricky case because of how popular the name seemed to be, but with the great advice that JPG provided, we weighed the pros and cons and decided it was worth filing. Great firm, super helpful and responsive. They are very good at explaining topics that might otherwise seem complicated.

But probably the best thing about them is that I don't have the constant sense that I'm having my money drained away. Other law firms charge me for everything, including phone calls and minor filings. JPG Legal seems to try their best not to surprise me with charges. Their pricing accounts for most minor filings that might come up in a trademark application, making them a much better deal than they might seem at first. Much better than working with other law firms!

I am the owner of a company operating in Australia and Europe. I was looking for some advice on my application for trademark protection in the United States. This was my third trademark, but my first with JPG Legal. They were much better than my previous law firm in a lot of ways. One thing I really appreciated was that they don't hide fees. In situations where a fee might arise later, they told me before I committed to anything.

Their service was also top notch and their pricing is excellent, especially considering that even the "basic" package includes responses to minor office actions from the PTO!

I just had a chance to review the application and I saw it is dated May 12th. That means...as I said in a previous email...it has been almost 8 WEEKS! This is a significant problem. I mean, waiting for me to reply to your email with regards to a payment confirmation is no excuse for an 8-week delay with no follow-up on a fully-funded order. Especially with the fact that your office sent me a receipt for my payment. I paid the upgrade invoice the same day it was sent to me on March 26th. Am I to assume no one in your office processed and deposited my payment in the last 8 weeks and there has been no communication within your office with regards to account receivables and updating client orders/accounts. And that leads me to my next question.... when were you going to follow up? I mean...it has been 8 weeks! One week...ok. Two weeks..fine! But 8 WEEKS...really!! If I had not emailed you last week...would my order still be in limbo for 10 weeks....12 weeks..indefinitely! This is unacceptable! This delay will cost me money and time. Based on my previous application, I was expecting everything to be finalized by August/September thereabouts assuming no problems. Now...that deadline is no good and my app timeline is now worthless which will ultimately cost me money.

Due to the character limit, I can't reply as I would like. However, I’ll pose this one question, if I were the type of client described by JPGL, why do a 2nd trademark for me? JPGL's narrative is misleading and parts are simply not true. Framing me and our last transaction as they did is an attempt to discredit my review.

I had the best experience with Jeremy Green @JPG Legal. I filed my trademark myself, panicked and started doubting my submission.

I reached out to denvertrademarklaw initially for help. I was told by the principal that she needed a nonnegotiable $2,000 advance retainer deposit to speak with me. I then googled other law firms as she seemed disinterested in communicating without the $2000 retainer.

Fortunately i found JPG Legal. I sent an email and received a response immediately from Jeremy himself. He asked for my serial number and looked up my application. Told me everything looked good. I was surprised as he was forth coming and transparent and didn't ask for $2000 to speak to or look up my application. I ended up asking him to take over the application process.. My experience with JPG Legal restored my faith slightly in humans :)
