So far after one session, it’s been a great experience with Joymind. Straightforward process and it seems like they really care that you’re getting what you need out of your sessions. I definitely recommend it!

Highly recommend. I was skeptical at first, but wow, what a difference this made! I was also impressed by the knowledgeable staff and customer support. You can just tell, it’s the kind of folks that really care about your well-being.

Billie has been fantastic. Her ability to assess your situation and formulate and strategy to work you through it is truly remarkable. She is also warm, welcoming, friendly, and professional; she knows what she's doing and I recommend her to anyone in need of assistance.

My coach listened to me and the things that I feel stuck in and then at the end we had a very relaxing meditative hypnotherapeutic session. I felt relaxed and trusted her. She accepted all of me, including my strong faith and God as part of this journey I look forward two more sessions.

I am absolutely certain that this was the best investment Ive made in myself in my recent years- which is saying a lot as Ive dropped nearly 30k on various trainings and other hypnosis programs in the last year.♡ Ive been through dozens of therapists and easily as many modalities, amd ive never felt fully comfortable with being transparent and willing to truly dig deep into the dark spaces that actually need the work. Trust is one of my deep scars, and today it barely crossed my mind.

Today was my first session with Tafik, and right from the beginning he was an absolute gem to work with. I had a slight hiccup with delayed child care, he wasnt upset and we simply pivoted from the original intake plan to something that worked out perfectly for me to get the kids settled and remain focused at the same time. He was quick to pick up on my interests and style of communication, most of the session felt like I was working with a trusted friend of many years with the ease of session flow and the way he worked through the things that came up for me. It was so smooth and fun, I genuinely did not feel the usual guard that shows up when working with other practicioners in the past.

This pairing feels so perfect, I honestly believe it was a gift from above.

The results I have experienced have been nothing short of amazing. After 4 sessions, the blocks that have steered my entire life as long as I can remember are gone. Feeling much more present and my social anxiety is all but gone. If you are done being stuck then this is the program to get you on the correct path.

Company stated one thing during the initial phone consultation and only offered a pricing package, was never told I could pay as I go. Charged up front for 4 sessions, scheduled 8. Stated I could cancel at any time for a refund of the remaining amount that was charged to the card. After 1 session realized that that the service was not what I anticipated and within 30 minutes, cancelled the remaining sessions and requested a refund. Now stating that since I had a "subscription" package, I cannot get a refund. Very deceptive business practice .

Overpriced & I am not satisfied with my treatment. Practitioners should have more experience. I was connected w a novice & do not feel like it was worth the cost. I still have anxiety & I felt pressured to write a good review.

They are very nice trying to get you to buy sessions. I've tried hypnosis before and this was no different. They try to tailor a scenario that may be helpful to you and basically try to get you to relax. I realized it wasn't for me when I didn't even relax. I can go on you tube and get that for free. They try to get you to do so many sessions as if that's what its going to take. After financing so many sessions at one price and realizing its not working I go to cancel and they change the amount of what the session is because you cancelled so you are still paying more money and that must be in the fine print because they surely dont tell you that. Scam.

My wife tried these folks out twice. The first time it was $1500 for eight sessions. But they only gave her like 20 minutes if hypnosis and 15 minutes if talk. I was certified to do hypnosis in 2002 and you need more than 20 minutes especially when you start a program. My wife wasn't satisfied and asked for a refund which she received in reasonable time. Then a fee weeks later she thought she would give it another try. This time it was $1500 for only 5 sessions!!!!! $300 per session $100 increase!!!! She explained why she quit last time bring not enough time given to the hypnosis part and she did the second time as well. The second time they said talk with the therapist and tell her about it which my wife said that she did - guess what? The therapist DID THE SAME THING!!!! So my wife called and wrote saying she wants s refund and they agreed to refund $966 It's been 9 business days and nothing was returned! They now are saying that refunded it to the credit card she used the first time but it isn't there either. So My wife jydt called them again and they ssud IG looks good on our end. I guess well have to see if the credit card company will go after the amount they agreed to refund. I told my wife she should ask for the therapist's certification credentials ad when people are in the internet you have no ides with whom you are dealing. I recommend DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I just get off the phone with the program representative. He explained everything clearly about the therapy, but once it came to the payment topic he starts speaking faster and asked me if I want to pay full or installments (1744 for 8 sessions). Once I said that I need to discuss it with my husband, he offered to buy one session for $215. I said that it was my policy to think about it after the call. So, he said "Ok, bye" and hang up the phone. This is why it is my policy! Respectful legit therapy service would not treat clients like this. And I was existed to try it actually.

I enrolled after speaking with a representative, and at no point was it clearly or explicitly disclosed that cancelling after a single session would result in $499 being retained as a so-called “market rate” charge. This critical detail was buried in terms and conditions rather than communicated plainly during enrollment, which I find misleading.

After completing just one session, I realized the service was not a good fit and requested cancellation. Only then was I informed that nearly $500 would be charged for that one session, a cost that felt grossly disproportionate to the value received and inconsistent with how the program was presented.

When I raised concerns, I was met with rigid, dismissive responses that relied solely on fine print rather than accountability, explanation, or client care. I was also told that materials or scripts I had been verbally led to expect would not be provided.

This experience felt transactional, inflexible, and predatory, prioritizing enforcement of hidden clauses over transparency and ethics. I strongly caution anyone considering Joymind to demand clear, written confirmation of all pricing, cancellation penalties, and refund terms upfront, because they are not communicated honestly during the sales process.

Stay away, Joymind is just plain manipulation

I received a call from Joymind for an “assessment,” and the whole thing felt off. The rep was polite for five minutes, but the moment I said I’d think about it, his tone flipped. He got irritated and basically implied I should’ve made up my mind earlier. That’s a red flag for any service, but especially for something that sells itself as supportive or therapeutic.

No legitimate wellness or coaching company should pressure you or get annoyed just because you want time to decide. If this is Joymind’s standard sales approach, then it tells you everything you need to know. The pushiness, the attitude, and the lack of professionalism make Joymind a pass for me.

They offer a "free trial" but must have your credit card info for "verification " then when you tell them "No thanks, this isn't for me" trying to be polite (they wanted to discuss their own problems) they hit your credit card anyway and make up sessions that never were approved to charge! TOTAL FRAUD!
