This place is crooked do not buy from them

I brought 2 things from Joybuy
One being a Taxadermy butterfly frame with butterfly in it.They advertised a frame with a blue and black butterfly in it,the frame was clear without the cheap cardboard in the back.When I got it all I got was a frame,no butterfly in it.They pulled the old bait and switch routine on this one.
The other item is
Hamster automatic feeder
The blue plastic is all cracked and busted,I asked them for a new one...but I doubt that they will send me another one.looks like Joybuy don't belive in bubblewrap.

1st off I currently have one from Dollar Store that is made of better material
2nd off I only got 1
Emailed the company who said to send them pics & videos of broken one - yada - yada - yada but never acknowledged that they ripped me off… CONSUMERS BEWARE DON’T WASTE YOUR $$$$$$

It is difficult to return an item that was never received as the item was lost in transit. I was emailed by your company that I could apply for a refund. However, your company has thus far not refunded my money or shipped me the product.

Upon purchasing from this company it is sadness that I say stay away from this company. I ordered something on December 22nd was told it would be delivered by January 5th, it took me calling Walmart headquarters to complain about this company that they gave me no information finally I got a tracking number when I looked at it it said it still hadn't left the country then when I went in two days later it said it was in New Jersey then it went to Massachusetts then back to New Jersey and then it was telling me delayed shipment. I then contacted Walmart headquarters again and said I wanted a full refund they then contacted the company on my behalf and I wanted a refund all I got back for a refund was $1.20 that's it. Then I was told to wait a little longer hesitant as I was I agreed then when I finally got the product it was damaged. I've sent out a few emails and regards to that and I haven't heard back. When ordering from here on out I'm going to make sure that the company I'm ordering from is in the United States. Don't buy from this company they send cheap items that are broken and they only gave me $1.20 back for a refund. I will never recommend them to anybody ever

Frustration. It looks like I’m not getting my product from this company. No reply from them. How can this be allowed to happen again and again. Is there no one governing these type of websites/company’s and there behaviour.

This company, through Walmart, sells junk. WM seems to be just the middle man and could care less about our experience with Joybuy. It also doesnt help when you use a shipping company with the same disinterest in taking care of clients/customers. I have pics of the damage done by the supplier and the shipper. Of course this review site has no way to load them. This should be resolved, but seeing as it appears to be an overseas company, I suspect nothing will come of it. Toatal BS. Don't order from Joybuy.

Just another Cheap China company that sells their junk through through Walmart do not buy from them. Walmart does not stand behind this Junk selling company so buyer beware!!
Pictures look good..but
Clothes are made too small and made badly. The size chart they have is very miss leading. I wear a med. And bought a large the large was like a small.
