This is a review of Jeroboam Paris, they are owned by Jovoy. I couldn’t find Jeroboam on the list, so decided to post here instead as they are connected.
I have bought numerous Try Me samples from Jovoy in Mayfair. They have a good selection of luxury fragrances that you can sample.
One in particular is Gozo by Jeroboam, one of the best summer evening fragrances I have in my collection.
It is actually cheaper to order directly from Paris, rather than order in the UK. Plus in the UK they don’t offer travel size which is what I was looking for. They also offer free international delivery to the UK over €100. So you save even more, plus 15% off your first order.
I ordered 3x Gozo at 7.5 ml and 2x Unue at 7.5 ml, so you get more ml for the price of a 30 ml bottle, a little trick of the trade.
They arrived via FedEx in 4 working days, but I was disappointed at how it was presented.
The atomisers come in very flimsy packaging that rip when you open them, plus the atomisers themselves are rather cheap looking and leak when you spray, so it dribbles on your fingers. Plus they don’t give free samples, which many houses I buy from do, just a card in the box smelling of a certain fragrance.
The packaging is poor, just a drawstring bag with the Jeroboam emblem. I have bought from many different houses, and they always provide samples, and proper quality packaging.

J’ai voulu passer une commande récemment. Paiement refusé.
Malgré de nombreux essais, impossible de commander. Ce qui est encore plus décevant c’est l’absence totale d’aide du service client. Vraiment dommage.

Customer service is terrible

I've spent over three and a half thousand euro online over the last 2 years on expensive niche fragrances from them.

My first 8 orders were delivered within a reasonable time frame, however my 9th order came and it was a Widian 71 limited edition fragrance and it was nothing like the notes they advertised on their website. They listed completely different notes, so I went on to the Widian official website to see the correct fragrance notes and realised that Jovoy had listed fragrance notes from a different Widian fragrance bottle. I didn't mind so much as the fragrance I purchased smelled OK however this should not happen. I emailed them to let them know and was ignored.

Customers should double check notes listed on fragrantica or other websites to ensure they know what they are buying as jovoy website can't be trusted.

I simply queried with Jovoy Paris store why my last widian purchase displayed the incorrect notes on their website as opposed to the widian website and was ignored as several months have now past.

Also, Because I accumulated over 2,000 points in their loyalty program, because of the amount of money I spent with them, I am supposed to receive an annual 20% discount code for my birthday. I never received it. I queried why and again I am ignored.

A lot of people buying fragrances nowadays therfore jovoy couldn't care less about loyalty customers or any customer. They're fine as long as you don't need to contact them about any issue after purchase.

It's sad to see companies act like this. I won't be buying anything from them again. Plenty of other niche fragrance shops that deserve my money.

The best experience with a perfume website: I placed the order on Saturday and the perfume arrived on Tuesday, in Romania. I was able to track the delivery status in real time on the DHL website. The perfume is original (Psychedelique, Jovoy) and was impeccably packaged. A gift included: 3 samples. I 100% recommend the site. I will definitely order again without hesitation.

I bought several fragrances from the Jovoy Paris. To be trully fair, i never had a problem before.
Unfortunately, i ordered a fragrance from the website 3 weeks ago which never arrived. during all this time, i was never approached by customer service giving me any update in-spite of me calling and emailing multiple times asking for updates. I was the one calling the transport company multiple times only to find out that my fragrance got broken along the way. i called customer service of this and even then, i am still waiting to her about next steps. It is very unlikely that I will ever buy another fragrance from Jovoy Paris.

Habitant aux Antilles, 99% des sites dit "de niche" ne livrent pas ici.
Jovoy a su palier à mon problème et avec un grand professionnalisme, éxpédition express, très bon suivi et colis bien emballé.
Beaucoup de produits "cadeau",
plusieurs échantillons et une crème...
À m'en rendre suspicieux lol mais après une minutieuse vérification, j'affirme que tout est en ordre (par là j'entends
que le parfum reçu est bien authentique) et je les en remercie.

Deuxième commande passée dans la foulée!

Avis à mes compatriotes antillais, prévoir les frais de douanes tout de même (aïe ça pique) mais lorsqu'on aime on ne compte pas!
(Bien sûr les frais de port/douane ne sont pas du ressort du vendeur)

other than the out of stock late notice sometimes for samples I add to cart , they're very good.

Site fabuleux pour ceux qui aiment la parfumerie de niche.

Très grand choix et surtout la possibilité de commander des échantillons à prix raisonnable pour éviter les blind buy qui tournent à la cata.

Ils ont eu la gentillesse de m’offrir un code promo pour mon anniversaire.

Après c’est dommage que les prix soient au plus hauts et que de ce que j’ai pu voir il n’y ait pas de promotion.

Mais c’est une entreprise qui privilégie le haut de gamme et je pense que le service client est également des plus efficaces.

On 9th Dec 2024, I ordered a perfume of EUR 171 ( the price is after discount of 4%). They sent the package on 11th to The Netherlands by DPD. On 13th Dec, DPD left a delivery notification but I have not received any package at home. Contacted DPD to trace where my order is. Also notified Jovoy to give them a heads up.
The CS of DPD told me that the package was delivered to a house in a different building on the same street where my house is at. The owner of that house number confirmed that They didn’t receive any package for me. I reported it to Jovoy and DPD, they told me to fill a missing package investigation form to start the investigation so, I have filled it in and sent it to Jovoy Paris. Frequently I have asked for a heads up if there are any news on my order. Jovoy told me that the investigation is still on going… for almost 2 months. Today, I requested a refund then Jovoy sent me a email stating that the package was delivered and they have the delivery proof( but they didn’t attach that proof in the email!!). I immediately requested to share that “ proof of delivery”, as that is a false “proof”!!! Where is my perfume?!?! No response received. Case closed???? Seriously???? I have been a loyal customer to them over a year, I was a satisfied customer until this incident. Now they lost a customer, I may be a small customer for them -only spending money over EUR 1700._ in total….but this is how they treat customer? I don’t deserve this at all….. I would not risk spending my money for an expensive niche fragrance at Jovoy anymore. What a disappointment.

-provided all the necessary exchanges with DPD once again, Jovoy Paris offered me a full refund or replacement today( 5th Feb 2025), those info were already submitted at the first place, wish they read it at a earlier stage to prevent all the shenanigans…. :(

Pour les amateurs de parfum c'est une bonne boutique, il du choix très bonne accueil il y en a pour toutes tout le monde a des prix abordable

Une livraison rapide. Présentation de qualité qui change de ce que nous pouvons avoir dans d’autres enseignes. Vraiment très satisfaite de mon achat sur le site.

La commande a été expédié rapidement, avec un super emballage et quelques échantillons inclus dedans, je recommande sans hésiter !

Extrêmement déçue du site internet.
J’ai une première fois commandé le parfum bianco latte sans aucun problème.
Et puis quelques semaines après j’ai commandé des échantillons afin de passer commande de nouvelles références.
Au moment de l’expédition ils m’ont signalé qu’il y avait un échantillon manquant.
J’ai donc décidé de commander à l’aveugle le parfum chantilly gritti, et par chance j’ai eu entre temps l’opportunité de le sentir.
Et cela ne m’a pas plû.
J’ai donc écrit au service client afin de retourner, ils m’ont demandé des photos et ont accepté le retour ( à mes frais je précise)
Lorsque Jovoy a reçu mon retour, la personne ne me propose aucune solution de remboursement car il y aurait apparemment une trace noir d’usure sur le flacon. Alors que j’ai déballé le colis et l’ai renvoyé le jour même.
Le flacon à 185 euros je précise était donc dans cet état à l’envoi puisque je n’ai pas touché à ce flacon. Et je ne vois pas comment un flacon pourrait s’user en un jour, un peu de bon sens et de bonne foi.

Aujourd’hui j’ai retourné le parfum et on ne me propose rien. Ni remboursement ni échange.
Je n’ai aucune réponse depuis des jours à mes nombreux mails.
Je me sens arnaquée.
185 + 13 euros de frais de retour à la poubelle et un sentiment d’injustice.
Je commande tout sur internet et je n’ai jamais vu ça.
Moi qui voulais commander d’autres références je ne commanderai plus jamais sur ce site et le déconseille très fortement !!
