NEVER ORDER FROM J&M - I will never ever ever order from Joss & Main aka Wayfair again. 5 attempts for delivery and still NO TABLE. Poor communication with local distribution warehouse/fulillment center.

Our less than 8 mo old picture fell off the wall due to a fault in the frame where the preset hangers were drilled.
Joss and Main declined to remedy the situation (they are still selling this product) because I didn’t buy “protection”. None appears to be offered on this product but who buys protection on art that hangs on the wall?
Deceptive Shipping Practices
I ordered a rug that said "arrives by July 11th" implying that the 11th was the latest possible arrival date. Now the date has been changed twice and it will maybe arrive on July 22nd (maybe not) according to the person I talked to. All of my furniture can't be moved now until the rug arrives. They told me that the shipping time is "just a suggestion". Be aware that Joss and Main uses deceptive language around shipping time and doesn't think words mean anything. If you order from them, you will probably get your package weeks later than expected. I could've ordered this item somewhere else and I probably will the next time.

Warning to Joss & Main customers
Warning to Joss & Main customers: be weary about sale prices at Joss & Main. 10 days after purchasing a set of countertop stools, Joss & Main randomly cancelled my order. When I called the customer service line I was told that the product had been incorrectly priced on the website and that my order could not be fulfilled. My only option was to repurchase the chairs at the current price. This was almost 700 more than what I previously bought the chairs for. Joss & Main should own up to their mistake and make this right for the customer. I am not asking for free chairs, but just to reorder them at the previously agreed upon price. In the future, how is a customer supposed to know if a price listed on the Joss & Main website is correct or if they will cancel the order at any time after being charged?
After this experience with Joss & Main I feel very deceived as a customer. I have been a customer for years and am very disappointed in my shopping experience.
Zero quality control
Ordered $650 ottoman and it looked like it had been in a dump for a year. Leg broken, threads loose, stained and not filled completely. Complained and got a new one that looked great. They told me to dispose of the old one which pretty big and heavy. So now their trash is my problem? I will likely have to pay to get rid of it. Worst part is I wrote a review of the item on their site. I submitted the review twice and they refuse to publish. I always suspected reviews were cherry picked, but this confirms it. Buyer beware when reading reviews. Do not purchase from Joss and Main.

It would be a zero if that were an option. Purchased the “Shaw 4 legs Coffee Table” for $1217.44 in September 2022 and they renamed it the Evelynn Coffee Table and it is priced at $680 as of end of April 2023. Guess I was scre😵💫d!!!
Buyer beware - Customer service lies.
Terrible experience. Had a bad purchasing experience from West Elm, so decided to go here. Before ordering I did the chat function and was told that I can cancel the order before shipping if needed. Well, here I am trying to cancel the order before shipping and being told that I can't. Will have to take delivery of the large item, and then pay shipping to send it back. To top it off, I'm told I'll have to pay restocking fees, which on their website says "In rare cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee.". Apparently that's in all cases.
Buyer beware. Don't trust this company. I had found another ~$15k+ in furniture that I was going to order from this company and now simply won't do it. They're loosing big potential customers over a few hundred dollars. Terrible business practice.

I ordered a bench in January that cost $1,000. It arrived with a broken part and was told the replacement would come in April. It then got pushed back to JUNE! I reached out to customer service, which was an absolute joke. They could only offer me a 10% off discount on my next order.
They will send you a million spam emails. Never ever ever buy from here.
Didn't Send Mattress, but Sent Loads of Spam
I ordered a mattress and box spring 9 days ago. They sent the box spring quickly. However, they have sent me 12 marketing emails, and no mattress. It was supposed to arrive last Friday. They didn't contact me about a delay. Today, they canceled the mattress, saying that it is out of stock and discontinued, even though their Website says that it is available. They did very little to fix their problem. I feel like they lure people with a President's Day sale for items that supposedly aren't in stock, then hope that you will pay full price when you realize what happened, a week later.

If I’m doing business with the SERVICE team, I am 100% in on Joss and Main and happy to continue to be a client. If I’m doing business with the SALES team, I AM NOT INTERESTED, vehemently opposed, to doing business with the organization ever again.
Expensive for poor quality
Sells expensive, poor quality vanities tht chip all on their own in no time and them does nothing to compensate for it. Wish we had read all the bad reviews here before purchasing from them 😕.

I have not purchased anything from Joss & Main. However, what annoyed me is that out of nowhere I got about a 50-page catalog that I NEVER asked for! I had to call and cancel it. STOP WASTING 🌳 TREES!!!😡😡
Defective goods for high price don’t buy
I had placed an order for dining table chair set on sept 22,2019 and as I received order one of parts was defective. So I had to call the asssmbly guy again when spare part was sent and ended up paying double for assembly.
As time passed within an year itself nuts and boots got lose , the joining end of chair leg were damaged and when my husband sat chair fell apart and he got an injury. My toddler keeps finding those lose nuts and puts in mouth.
As I contacted their team last month they got me connected to retailer called Victoria. She was so rude that she was unable to understand this issue and ended up agreeing to give me 2 chairs( though all the 4 damaged) and I received only nuts and bolts instead of even 2 chairs. Finally I got in touch with their team again and they asked me to contact the team .no resolution of issue yet

I have had 7 Replacement mirrors shipped to my house each one broken into 1 million pieces.
I have spoken to several representatives and 3 supervisors, Robin Stevens, Scott and finely their manager David M.
He was very cold and unconcerned with the fact that their supplier has shipped out this mirror with extremely poor packaging and no marking on the box as to it being fragile or breakable. And the fact that I had spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this mirror delivered in one piece. He just shuffled me off to somebody else that called me the next day. I am left with several mirrors in my garage that I now have to haul to the dump myself to get rid of.
They charged my account in December! They told me I would be getting a credit in March as of the end of April I still have received no credit.
Forced to call my credit card company and do a dispute. I have never dealt with a company of this size that puts such little effort into customer service.
Shame on them!!!

Their main issue is back orders...I ordered a dining room table set and was missing one chair for almost 4 months...make sure to check full stock before ordering

3 months after expected delivery
Purchased through warfare but supplied through Joss and Main. My expected delivery (Children’s play set) was late July. I did not receive my full order until October 6th. Between this, they lost my order twice. Delayed original shipping 2 months to make sure everything was at the facility, when it arrived, they didn’t have the slide. Another month later they could not find the tracking of the slide. Asked for a refund, and the slide came within 3 days. A lot of emails and a lot of hassle.
low-quality unsafe mirror
we purchased a $330 mirror but cannot hang it! It came with a sawtooth hanger which for a mirror this size is extremely unsafe! It needs to have a wire hanging system to balance out the weight. We now have to bring it to a frame shop to get it fixed correctly or return it. It is such a low-quality product and poorly designed, we are very disappointed and will not purchase from Joss and Main again, sorry
