Joseph Turner Anmeldelser

Could do with more sales
However the quality of your product is generally excellent
I purchase a lot of your knitwear would purchase jeans and trousers
But fine them expensive

I bought an excellent Jumper for £90 only to see it in a special offer two weeks later for £72. However, your very efficient lady in Yorkshire quickly arranged a repayment of the difference! I do like the JT cloths very much!

Best wishes

good quality goods but expensive. I wish JT did not consider 30"short for trousers. their models often wear trousers that are too long for them. is this a company blind spot? I, who am of average build, always need to shorten their trousers

The system worked very well when my initial order had to be returned owing to a sizing issue. No problem returning trousers for a smaller size. The free p and p for both delivery and return is a must when buying on line.

First class service and top quality products

Everything my husband has bought from you has been absolutely superb both in quality of fabric, construction and fit. I don't really know how he would manage with out you. Joseph Turner you are a star !

Joseph Turner proposes some clothes that I actually like, which is a good start! I am in the conservative casual camp. Their sizing methodology accommodates the awkward length of my arms. Their pricing is not cheap, but is fair in relation to the quality. Their habit of saying ‘reduced from some fictional figure’ fools nobody and slightly degrades the offering. Their delivery, packaging and customer support are all first class.

I have bought clothing from Joseph Turner before and have always been pleased with their products and service. This time was no exception. The tie ordered was as shown online and was delivered within 2 days.

Very smart and beautifully made gilet. I wear it nearly every day now that the wether has turned. Fat delivery too.

The jacket that I bought turned out to be slightly too big, but the return policy/process and receipt of a replacement one size smaller was incredibly quick and efficient. I’d buy from them again based on this experience.

Regular buyer, always good service and good quality for the price in the sales
period.

Excellent customer service and good products.

As with all my previous online purchases from Joseph Turner, my order was delivered promptly, well packaged and of excellent quality. I will continue to use this outlet with confidence.

Good product great quality and good prices

Excellent products and service. H W

Lovely quality shoes. I ordered online for my father in lockdown, were too big. He was able to send back filling in returns form and order the size needed on the same form which arrived really quickly. Very easy process for someone who has no idea about computers. He is very happy with the service and quality. Everything was so easy for him.

Good value although some items in the catalogue are becoming increasingly expensive
