Scam website….DO NOT BUY!!!! The website is a scam and your goods will never arrive, although money with be taken.

Scam, ordered a pair of Jordan 1s for £160 for my daughter birthday and never received, avoid these scumbags

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!
Scammers. Will take your money and give you bogus tracking numbers. Product will not arrive and you won’t be able to get in touch with anyone.

If I could do -10 I would. Do NOT buy from these people. Item never arrived and reported straight away. They're trying to tell me money never received so they won't refund, however why would they have sent them out without payment. I've been trying to sort since 7th Dec. They then offered my £85 as a "Good will gesture" I spent £139 so obviously won't accept it. So I reiterate DO NOT BUT from here.

Ware nie erhalten. Aufpassen, Abzocke!

I would rate a 0 but can’t.
Horrific company and disgusting customer service, telling me I have bad behaviour and saying I should be at loss as well as the company. I tried cancelling WITHIN 24hours of ordering and no one got back to me, now I have to be at loss I don’t think so. Saying they can only refund 50% when I haven’t been in the wrong once.

This company does not use Jordan official anymore. They use the name jordansalex.com. Don’t be scanned this Christmas. If you want legit Jordan’s go to Kick Game, Foot Locker or JD sports.. There is no short cut to cheap Jordans. Happy hunting and stay safe online

I place an order after I read the reviews and I hope it ain’t a scam but what everyone is saying it might be! So people read the reviews before you order!!!!!!

Spent $180 from what I thought was a legitimate Jordan site, and in a rush to get them in time I failed on my part to look into this site. It looked legit and shame on them. Shows money withdrawn from Hong Kong and no contact number but here is the email they used to send me “FK you I just took your money” email.

SCAMM SCAMM SCAMM!!!!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!!! IF I CAN GIVE 0 F'ing STARS!!!!! This is not a legit website! My first time ordering jordans online and I didn't know any better! I was trying to order a pair of Air jordan 4 retro for my brother for Christmas. Assuming this was the actual Jordan website, I placed an order but it immediately told me that my payment failed. Then a minute later, I received an automated text from my bank verifying my purchase but the link associated is "ewishstore.com". TF? LEMME TELL YAAAAAA -- SKETCHY! I of course replied NO back to the text and my card got block. THANK JESUS! I'm at the bank now getting my card unblock l. I explained to the teller about last night and the teller told me there was a charge of $1,300 something!! I was like really??? The purchase was $135. 😒 From $135 to $1,300.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Thankfully my bank took immediate actions to prevent fraud. Lesson learn, I will only buy in person.

Please please do not use this site. As stated before I wish I had looked it up but as it was right there on google I presumed this would be ok.
Sadly although I have received the trainers they are fakes and wise words always said to me if something is too good to be true it usually is !!!! Lost all this money just before Christmas honestly stick to ordering through genuine Nike stores. Please don’t be fooled. !!!!!!

I haven’t tried it out myself but they are from new Jersey which is were most of the scams come from so that could also be why

ZEROOO. FAKE! why are these sites still up and why is it showing up as a top result on Google? I ordered 2 pairs for Nike Jordans and only received an order conformation. I tried calling and emailing multiple times. Sadly the bank can do nothing since we authorized it.

This site is completely fake. Ordered Jordan 11's from them. Received a box of shoes that was so fake even the box was not a real Nike quality box. The shoes did have Air Jordan printed any where on the shoe.

The refund policy is a joke. I blame myself for being so stupid in not checking out the reviews before I ordered from them. My bank even tried to warn me.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
If you read the 5 star reviews you will see they even sound fake. I am going to post here every day until I here from them.

Never ever get your shoes on here it’s a complete scam

I was really nervous after finding these reviews after ordering. They took 2 weeks from ordering to arrive. I contacted once by email for an update and they responded almost immediately. Happy with the trainers, look fine to me.

I really aren’t sure if the authenticity as there’s no label attached to the actual trainer and having now seen a genuine pair there are notable differences. I was really concerned after reading other reviews and made contact with their customer service to gain reassurance that the trainers were on the way and had no issues at all. They responded the next day providing a tracking number and the trainers arrived earlier than expected via Royal Mail. Ordered 26/11 and arrived 7/12! They arrived in a genuine Jordan box and are perfect, I cannot fault anything about them. I hope this helps!

NEVER BUY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!!! Fake fake fake!!!
Sent multiple emails as to returning trainers. No reply! No where on site to tell you how to return goods. POSTAL ADDRESS BIRMINGHAM. WHICH ON GOOGLE IS AN INDUSTRIAL LOOKING ESTATE
AVOID THIS SITE!

Extremely annoyed with myself for jumping and ordering these trainers for my daughter for Xmas off this website ! £135 later !
The website is not legit !
Mistake 1) didn’t see there website stated it’s in the US
2) the payment went to Singapore as it showed on my transaction list
3) like another customer stated on here they had a pic of the trainers with the delivery label as i did too and it states they’re being delivered from Reading !! What company sends a pic of the trainers in the box ready for delivery anyway ?? There was no delivery confirmation either or option for deliver !
4) the inner wrapping in which the trainers come in , in the box, has no print of the Jordan logo on it as Nike adidas and other big brands do. I’ve been on the phone to my bank regarding this , have to wait and see if gets delivered if so needs to be confirmed they’re fakes which I’m betting my whole life on it they are ,so will take them JD and they bank will then dispute this matter and hopefully recieve my £135 back .
So if your contemplating ordering from this website I strongly advise that you don’t ! They’re scammers 😡🤯

Still awaiting delivery of order apparently posted via Royal Mail on the 19th November. I have chased via email and WhatsApp and I am awaiting a response.

They have sent me a picture of trainers and postage label (on the 19th November). But nothing has arrived……
