NOT AUTHENTIC
Shoes arrived. But was obvious they was counterfeit.
got my money back from the bank, as they ignore all your calls and emails.
They have now emailed me back saying my payment has been declined and they want me to return the shoes. But I have to pay to send them back🤣

Daughter wants a pair of air 4 Jordan’s retro - £135 I was thinking to good to be true. Put bank details in using a debit card and as soon as I did my bank flared up saying it could be a scam. Payment wasn’t accepted and since ordered a new card and pin. Then I checked this website and this has now confirmed that it’s not legit.

They are fakes and try avoid giving u a refund at all cost.

Fake items
What a waste of my time and they are now asking me to pay postage for the return!!!!

These are fake shoes do not buy

I was scammed by the same. But don’t worry. Inform your bank about the issue of “counterfeit product” selling. Then your bank will ask for an explanation about the issue and also a transcript or report from the side of Nike or any other brands who sells nike products, confirming the product is Fake. In my case i contacted Nike online and after some calls and emails , i got the report. Send the report with explanation to your bank or bank’s email id. You will get a refund soon. Thankyou and hope this helps.

Absolutely avoid this at all costs. I should’ve first noticed the first red flag being a pair of Nike Jordan’s for 135. I can’t believe I fell for that. 2nd red flag was the confirmation email, spelling mistakes and nothing like a reputable company would send. The grammar was shocking. Then I read all these reviews so I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my card and waiting for the money to transfer before calling back to claim my money back. Barclays are amazing at this :) after ignoring my emails saying I want to cancel just to see if I would get a response, I was sent a dispatch email with a photo attached showing the pair of ‘Jordan’s’ in a shoebox ready to be shipped, little did they know they sent the photo with GPS tagging! How dull can you be! Bear in mind their website says they are in New York, yet they have a British mobile number as a contact, and the best part…a photo showing their location… in China! Absolute b*****ds. If anyone wants to see proof of what I just mentioned then contact me and I will show you the photo and poorly written emails

THIS WAS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
Ive made a payment of 135£ for sir jordan 4
The money went through and i relised its a scam so i asked fir a refund an email came back to me saying “Hi friend, we made a payment in your account contact the bank” total bull**** i did not give any account number or an order number . I have no idea what to do or how to get my money back the bank is not helping me but if someone can help me please let me know

This is a scam company I’ve never brought from here yet they are giving out my address as the return address, all shoes are being passed on to the police and there’s a case number. Sorry to all those who are being given my address but I haven’t been able to return them to you as there’s no return address.

SCAM! Do not order from them!! SCAM!

Thought the site was legit.

After payment there is no bank check and the site didn't behave as expected, which set alarm bells ringing.

Verified fake at a cost of 20USD.

Have returned and awaiting full refund including verification cost and return postage but not holding my breath.

Will raise with bank if no refund.

Buying from this website at these prices you kinda know it’s going to be replica products.
Having said this they are good quality comfy and real care has been taken.
They came in a nice named box even had the key ring.
We were kept up to date with delivery and knew how long they would take.
They arrrived within the week.
Thank you my son is very happy.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! website isn’t even spelt correctly. Taken £134 from my sister for her prom shoes. Own fault really she should’ve checked the DAMN SPELLING. Cancel your cards if you have already purchased from here as they not have your card details. Be careful out there!!!!

I ordered a pair of Jordan’s military black and a payment of £135 was taken out of my bank by a company called geshstore. I rang them to ask to cancel the order and for a refund after I didn’t receive a confirmation email and the number to ring them was a 07 mobile number so I knew straight away I’d been scammed! I rang the number and a foreign man answered after a while being very rude and telling me to send a email to the ‘customer service desk’ to cancel my order, i emailed the email address three times and nothing came back from it. I rang them again the Same man answered and said I couldn’t cancel my order just because I didn’t have a confirmation email and that he’d write one himself and send it to me which he then did while I was on the phone. I then told him I do not want to proceed with the order and he threatened me saying I wouldn’t receive my items or a refund if I carried on ringing the number.
I have been told by my bank I have to wait for the money to stop pending and 30 days to see whether they arrive or not on whether to raise a dispute.

They are reps but ngl mine came and they look quite good no flares nothing else wore them to a uk shoe shows and they didn’t get caught sold them to a 12 year old for 215 and brought the real ones 😂😂

I'm over in the UK a big red flag was their help desk email HELP at customers fit com

All these fxcustomer email address are dead and lead to knowwhere. Their contact address is in the US but the contactobile number is English +44 but has a fake international ring sound. I contacted my bank straight after the purchase, but as the payment is pending they can't dispute it untill payment has been made. I paired with Google pay so hopefully they haven't got my bank details to sell on. Iv also transferred all my balance to another bank account! If U use Google lens on the photos of the trainers U will see the original website where they were *STOLEN* From! Avoid this website by all costs,if you have already purchased then contact your bank straight away so they have it logged. I will not quit until I have all my money back from the robbing W****RS, probably from Africa like the rest of them!

SCAM!!!! Fake shoes from China!
Bought shoes for my son’s bday and thought they were legitimate. Realised it was a scam when I saw the credit card statement and an email with an order number and tracking number without saying the delivery company’s name. Credit card has been cancelled and money returned. I received an email from them asking why I refused the payment! If the shoes ever arrive I am happy to return them for free!

Eshal is still waiting on her shoes, shes heavy gassed :)

almost checked out on this site then i have read JORDON instead of jordan

THIS WEBSITE SELLS COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS NEITHER THE OFFICAL JORDANS OR NIKE COMPANY.

THEY WILL TELL YOU A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE SINCE "THEY CAME UP WITH THE JORDAN NAME THEMSELVES."

BUT YOU ARE ABLE TO RAISE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK OVER COUNTERFEIT
PRODUCTS. AFTER FOLLOWING THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDLINES YOU WILL BE TOLD TO OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY CONFIRMING YOUR PRODUCTS ARE FAKE, FROM THE ORIGINAL RETAILERS OR A QUALIFIED 3RD PARTY. I WENT TO MULTIPLE NIKE SHOPS AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE OFFICAL CERTIFICATE FOR WHATEVER REASON JUST SAVE THE TROUBLE AND USE A AUTHORISED 3RD PARTY WEBSITE LIKE I DID SUCH AS LEGIT GRAILS. I JUST GOT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT TO LAUGH IN THEIR FACES SO HARD.
