I been whaiting they havent pil up my calls they havent wright back they are scam im will take some acción so they wi t be taking people as fools

Stupidly fell from the low price! Now I know why! Brought Jordan 4s for my daughter's birthday for £139, didn't batter an eyelid, trainers came look fine still didn't batter an eyelid and then on the 23rd December 2024 I received a 2nd pair 🤣🤣 I thought to myself there is no way I brought 2 pairs... Anyway I thought I'll be clever and ask for a refund and say they don't fit with intention of returning one pair and keeping the other... Well that back fired... That's when the penny dropped 🤦 more fool me.. back and forth with emails to try and get a refund, always responding with what looked like an automated email but with a different % being offered as a refund. I knew at this point it was very unlikely I was going to get my money back ( however I had 2 pairs of trainers so maybe I have the upper hand here.. even if they are fake 🤣) settled on 50% but still not convinced I will get the refund in the time scale they stated (5-20 working days) I did pay via zilch so the card details they have are from that and not my actual bank so if they try to use my zilch I should be able to sort quickly .. fingers crossed.. if I get the refund I'll actually be happy because I ended up with 2 pairs 🤣🤣 I've looked them over and the only telling sign I can see is the bit where the laces thread through at the top doesn't have as many holes as the OGs and if you Google videos apparently the netting you should be able to pull on it and you can't. Other than that I would say pretty good fakes I'm just annoyed at how much I paid for fakes 🤣 I've used another app before for fakes and they never charge that much 🤣🤣

Terrible customer service. Non working phone number. Order placed 12/11/2024 $161.
Tracking number provided shows item shipped 12/12/2024 from California.
Email sent asking for them to update me on the progress of the delayed shipping.
The response back was it was awaiting the shipment from overseas. And that if I was lucky I would receive by Christmas.
Address on the website I’s Texas.
Phone number is a non working Verizon cellular number. So how is this an overseas shipment?
Filed a fraud charge with my bank.
Notified sender that this had been done.
The reply was Merry Christmas

Jordan’s took about 2 weeks to deliver due to shipping from America however seller kept in contact with emails they have now arrived. They are absolutely stunning amazing value high quality

Ordered about a week ago states they were shipped but usps is still waiting to receive the package. I emailed twice asking if i would get these in time for Christmas. No response. I'm going to try calling the number listed on the website tomorrow. I don't know how to add a picture. I have a screen shot of the tracking

For Christmas was a bit apprehensive due to all of the reviews but they arrived within two weeks and are very good trainers , I can’t fault them, thank you merry Christmas

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site and it was really difficult for them to just ship them and when they did eventually get here they turned out to be reps, worst $150 dollar investment ever!

Do not buy anything on this website. It's better to buy shoes on nike instead.

Jordan official scammed me. I filed a dispute due to them charging me and not giving me the refund after my order was canceled by them.

Scam website ordered my daughter trainers still haven’t received them but they was quick to take the money and don’t get back to u with emails

Premetto che: prima di fare ordine ho scritto via mail e mi hanno risposto entro 24 ore dopo che ho kiesto come mai nn compariva sulla mia area personale più nessuna risposta
Cmq sicuramente vi terrò aggiornati se mi daranno il mio rimborso e annullamento ordine come da me richiesto in più mail
Se otterrò senza problemi il mio rimborso cambierò stelline da 1 a cmq 5 per rimborso avvenuto

Received the shoes I ordered and they were great, unfortunately my husband decided they weren't to his taste so we arranged to send them back. Communication was excellent, I received very polite and prompt replies from the company. I sent the shoes back and had a full refund within a few days.

I was going to place an order and I'm so glad I looked at these results before I did. I also checked out the address they have on their website...its a caravan. What a scam.

I wish I could give 0. Daughter wanted some trainers sent me the link and I purchased them without checking the reviews. Currently 23 days waiting and no response from them. I have tried to email but it says invalid email address. Currently now going through my bank as no communication with this ‘company’ does anyone have an actual email address they got a response from? Worst service I’ve ever received.

10/10 from me, ordered 2 pairs of Jordan 4s came within a week great condition, 10/10 customer service will defo be using here again !
