You were recommended by my physical trainer as selling good quality products. Not disappointed. 6k kettle bell, cast iron is excellent. Good handle makes it easier to use.

Weights ok, delivery service not!
Barbell and weights seem ok but the delivery and customer service absolutely not so be careful. The weights came separately and we were given a confirmation of delivery without actually receiving them. We emailed JTX weeks ago to find out what was going on but all we've received nothing back. Luckily, the parcel was found dumped on someone's driveway in a neighbouring village and they tracked us down (the address was still intact and correct when it arrived here). Needless to say that we won't be using their services again

Great product well made and solid. Pushing my workout session one stage further having returned to the gym after a 30 year gap at 53.

I love Jordan Fitness. Bought the Elite Olympic weight bar. Fantastic bar, goes well with my Jordan Olympic weight plates! Great piece of kit.

Ordered the ignite pump x barbell set with extra 7.5kg weights. Excellent bit of kit, delivered on time.
Will be buying some more equipment soon as it is good quality.

Problem with the chin up bar grip sleeves, which are loose and rotate when you try to chin up. Weakens the grip ability. Never seen this on a chin up bar before, but Jordan Fitness seem to think it's deliberate and not a design flaw.

Took delivery of what I thought was my order which arrived on a big pallet.

All appeared good until I opened the boxes to find they had sent the wrong (older style)l rack.

Had to go through the hassle of packing everything away, taking up a load of space, waiting in for a collection, and it's been a week now but still no news on when the correct package will arrive even though it has been nearly a week since dispatch but no phone call as to when it arrives.

Delivered on time. Jordan dumbbells and kettles. Awesome quality. Happy shopper.

Xlnt speedy service, such a bargain

Easy website to deal with. They only show items available that they actually have stock of. Very fast delivery too, especially for heavyweight items (poor delivery driver)

Very poor dispatch and delivery service. Customer service left a lot to be desired - outright lies, telling me that the dispatch email had gone into my junk folder because she could ‘see it had done on her screen’! (It had not)
Their interpretation of the consumer rights legislation and the distance selling regs also leaves a lot to be desired.
Oh - and a week after cancelling the contract and saying they were arranging for the goods to be recalled, I get a call from FedEx asking me how they can arrange delivery. So again - yet more lies, they haven’t recalled them at all. ‘Abysmal’ in a word.

We ordered a selection of 6 of the neoprene kettle bells. They arrived several days after their scheduled delivery date confirmed by phone call. After first missed date, I chased on phone for several days, until they were finally delivered by employee on his way home. He literally had them in his car with no packaging and carried them in pairs into my house! The 20kg kettlebell had clearly been dropped and was damaged with holes through the neoprene layer.
