While the newly arrived Joolca GottaGo and custom cover sat unpacked in my living room I imagined the Freudian bliss waiting for my next overlanding and small-cabin adventure. Owning a HotTap and Dual Ensuite reinforced the quality design and build of the GottaGo, when I realized that the third part of the order - the Joolca GottaGo eco bags were not delivered with the order. A quick, non A.I., check of the order showed the bags were ordered and paid for. A quick email to Joolca customer support quickly brought Veronica into the thread. She bird-dogged the fate of the bags and kept me apprised with information from the Joolca Logistics Team (really). The next day a welcome package was delivered by a puzzled UPS driver who looked at the Joolca GottaGo bag shipping box and wondered what this could mean. I gladly accepted the package and placed the bags alongside the GottaGo in our camping shed, waiting for our next adventure. GottaGo means we can Get-going. Thanks, Joolca!

I think this is one of the best brands out there—great quality and, above all, great customer service. You can't ask for more.

I live off grid in a forest, and joolca products come in clutch. I have the hottap, double and triple ensuite, the platform base, and i have been using it for 3 years as my main source to shower. It works absolutely great. Their products make it EASY to go off grid with water. They have the best 1 on 1 customer support I've ever experienced. No ai robots, real people making real products. Investing in a hottap will be one of the best decisions you ever made!

The zipper pull came off my water heater cover. Emailed them on a Sunday with a pic of the issue. They responded that day and had a replacement cover shipped the next day. Fantastic customer service.

Purchased a joolca shower..received it and it had already been used..full of water and broken..there tried to deny it but eventually got another one..
Is it good.. its ok..but the water pressure is terrible...you get more pressure of a kids water pistol. It just comes out but no pressure or blast..very disappointed. And when it says you get average 9to 11 showers of 1 Cartridge there wrong.. I got 3 showers only...it chews the gas.
Positive bits...it does heat water up in minutes..but that's all I can say...NOT worth the money.

I just purchased the single shower enclosure for camping. I love it and will use it at times for a latrine and other times for a shower. It's really well made and very easy to set up.

I contacted Joolca to inquire about a replacement for the Mounted Ensuite original canvas bag which faded terribly. After confirming my original order, customer service hooked me up with a new PVC bag that won't fade. Top notch customer service here. I've been using the Mounted Ensuite Single with a HOTTAP Nomad Kit for full-time van living and have been really happy with both, minus the fading of the original bag on the Mounted Ensuite. I was thrilled that customer service sent me an updated PVC bag and video instructions for swapping out the old one. I couldn't be happier with the products and the customer service. Thank you!

Pre orderd the Joolca hottie and it arrived as planned works perfect very well made and designed I then ordered what I thought was the power bank but got the 12v adapter instead no good for me on returned you must have a printer to print the return label off which I don’t have so hand write the label Joolca say they haven’t received it so waste of money for me , they really need other options on this as the rest of the buisness is great

I have a bunch of gear from Joolca, and everything is top notch. When you want to spend time in the middle of nowhere, you need gear you can rely on that's well made and high quality. If you have any problems or questions, the customer care team is responsive and super helpful! They really care to make sure you are completely happy.

Shipping delays very, very long

I have the Hottie and the Gotta Go. I use the Joolca power bank to run the Hottie and there are a couple of things I love about the heater. 1. The latch is strong enough that I can fill it with water and still lift the heater to move it. 2. Whatever the previous temperature you set is stored so once you find your ideal temperature you don't have to reset it. 3. I don't use it to shower but rather to fill a sink for dishes. I called and was happy to learn that they have a sink nozzle. I received it and am very happy with it. What I would improve is minor and that would be a bit of insulation for the tank to hold temperature and perhaps a stand to hold the propane bottle upright. Those are the only two things I could come up which means this is as close to perfect as I could imagine.
The gotta go. Getting up at 3am to walk to the campground bathroom vs lifting the lid of this thing and just going is a game changer. I empty the urine every other day with two users and if #2 goes in I change that bag daily. I could not imagine camp without these two items.

The GottaGo product is an excellent design. Great for campers/travelers who like to keep things simple but functional. Shipping was fast and free (always a plus). Mine arrived with a cracked lid, and the company responded to my notice within hours, and a replacement was on its way the next day. You can't ask for better than that!

First of all, Joolca products are awesome!!! We have the HOTTAP Nomad kit! Having hot water with great pressure on a really cold day is a game changer! We often say it’s better than our shower at home! The spring fed creek water that we use is awesome too! Washing dishes with nice warm/hot water is sooo nice! Washing dishes on a cold day is actually pretty nice now! Second, their customer service is amazing! They are quick to respond and really strive for a happy customer! They really do want to make it right! That speaks volumes!!! Great products + Great customer service = HAPPY CUSTOMER 😊

The products I have purchased were just what we needed and work just as I hoped. Delivery was quicker than I expected also. Lastonth we had a pump issue and we were taken care of quickly AND we were treated with respect. We are very happy with how things were resolved. Everyone was so polite and patient with us. I would not have a second thought before purchasing other items or spreading the word at how happy we are

I ordered a water pump. The company they use for delivery Got to my place wrecked my driveway with their vehicle and then didn’t deliver it
and then I’m told they won’t deliver it to an Australia Post office
When has stupidity become normal?

Fast and excellent customers service with prompt reply and advice. Was a pleasure to deal with, they helped to get to the bottom of the issue.
I would highly recommend this unit.
The unit itself is solid and robust. No issues whatsoever with the separation of liquids and solids and very very easy to use and assemble.
If you do have an issue with your unit, please reach out to customer service as I did not straight away. If I had of, my issue would have been resolved much quicker.

Products and customer service are top notch. When we had an issue with our Hottap nozzle, I reached out via email and had a response almost immediately with a replacement piece being shipped. Received it after only a few days. We have the Hottap Outing kit and the Gotta go 3 in 1 portable toilet and love them both for our off grid camping.
