Still waiting. Another month has gone bye, and we are still waiting. Getting ridiculous now.

My Senior Paralegal made the whole experience very straightforward fully explaining everything step by step and was always available to answer any queries I was still unsure about. Everything was done with care and done with great efficiency. I would highly recommend this company as they provide outstanding customer service.

I recently had my complaints against Jones Whyte upheld by the Legal Ombudsman.
The Ombudsman found that they had not advised me correctly, they had taken far too long to complete the work required, had acted unprofessionally and caused my family uneccessary stress.
My advice would be to use a different solicitor.
