Upon stumbling on a property to rent on Rightmove I contacted the agency and Kerry butler assisted me throughout the while process, this lovely lady listened to what I needed and sent us a lot of properties to look at so lucky to have stumbled on her very professional and friendly

Daniel was very friendly and helpful showing us around prospective properties to rent. Application process clear and well documented.

Poppy was very professional and helped me view the flat within a day of calling!

The property is everything I've been looking for, the next process was handled very quickly and efficiently.

Start to finish Lambourn Jones Robinson supported us with our house sale with care and were always there when we needed them. They made potentially stressful process straight forward and as stress free as it could be. Toyah was also always happy to help me when dealing with our sellers estate agents and solicitors which took a huge weight off my shoulders! Thank you so much

We’d like to shoutout Archie and Seb for helping us buy our first home. We’d like to apologise about the delay in doing this review, it’s busy being homeowners ! We can’t believe we moved in over 2 months ago, the team at church Robinson made our buying process so easy and stress free. From my first conversation with Archie on the phone who explained the processes and booked in our viewing to Seb who showed us round the house. Jude came to do a property visit, she was quick, efficient and friendly, and also let me know beforehand when she was arriving so I could work the visit around my dog.

I am currently buying a house via Jones Robinson in Pewsey and I have been treated with real professionalism and friendliness. They respond very quickly and effectively. The staff I have dealt with have all been very personable especially young Connor.

Jude came to do a house check with us and was very friendly, professional and helpful with any questions we had. We have two pretty boisterous dogs and she handled them really well.

I had a very positive experience with Jones Robinson. Jude Buckley was professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout. She made the process feel straightforward and well managed.

I initially had contact with Leah who helped get the ball rolling with regard to setting up a viewing and co-ordinating things with the lettings team. Leah made sure the lettings team had all the details they needed about me before passing me to them which made the process going forward much smoother.

Clare and Lucy in lettings kept me fully updated from the moment I submitted my tenancy application. Any questions from either myself or generated by the referencing system were dealt with in a timely manner. This meant the whole process from submitting the tenancy application through referencing checks to issue of the tenancy agreement and keys was very efficient.

Toyah was also instrumental in liaising with the landlord as the property was initially up for sale before becoming a rental option.

Jones Robinson clearly have a team who care and work hard to meet their customers expectations.

I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but Andrew and his team are the best and most professional team I have encountered.
I was helping my son purchase his 1st property. Andrew was excellent with his communication and very helpful with chasing solicitors, vendors etc.
Certainly recommended.
