My wife and I had an excellent experience renting in Newbury with Jones Robinson. Poppy was especially helpful – always quick to respond and resolved all our queries. We’d happily recommend them.

Jones Robinson were really proactive in finding us properties that would interest us. We were fussy, so it took a while but they persevered and we eventually found the right one. Sophia showed us round most of the ones we looked at and has been very patient, helpful and timely in looking after us and finding answers to all our questions.

They were very quick to setup a viewing and have been amazing in regards of feedback and when I have had questions, have been able to answer straight away . Compared to other agencies, I have discovered that they are more straight forwards and less liable to flannel or BS clients.
I would happily use them again if I needed to.

We have been renting through Jones Robinson for 5 years now and the experience has been great. All issues are handled and resolved quickly and efficiently with little disruption to our home life. Our property manager Jack is amazing, Jude the lovely lady who completes our property inspection is also great, is incredibly respectful and friendly when she enters our home and my daughters love it when she pops by and they get to see her, both based in the Newbury branch. All round can’t fault them.

The whole team at Jones Robinson Lambourn were fantastic, especially Toyah and Jo. Professional, efficient, understanding and they ensured the process went as smoothly as possibly, often going the extra mile to help us.

I was looking for apartments in didcot and found one being sold at Church Robinson that seemed to fit the bill. I contacted them and they arranged a viewing not only for that one but for a couple more in the area that would possibly suit me. Seb Walcott, the sales rep that showed me the properties was extremely kind and patient and made sure to ask as much as he could in order to try to find the best property for me. He was always very nice and corteous and sent me a few more ideas that could help me choose the right property for me. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area.

Discussion over the phone was followed by a prompt email confirming the viewing details. On the day, Rachel C showed us around the property.
