Margaret and I have now returned home from a Holiday at the Isle of Wight.We really enjoyed the break.The Hotel was first class;with cleanliness food and courtesy of staff. What really made a very enjoyable holiday was the service provided with our driver Mark. He was exceptional.His driving was superb;his knowledge of the various routes we went on and along the way his knowledge of various historical locations made the tours interesting..We arrived home safe and happy so thank Mark for his wonderful service..15

Just got back from the Isle of Wight with Mark. Had a brilliant time helped by some lovely weather.
Mark was exceptional in his knowledge of the island and how he handled the bus down some of the country roads.
He kept us informed of timings at all times.
Will definitely travel again with Jones the Bus - 3 other trips booked before the end of the year.
No other company like Jones the Bus

An excellent choice of hotel. Mark was a dedicated driver, and helpful in the extreme. We had a very relaxing holiday, no doubt helped by some lovely weather. We will definitely choose Jones the Bus again after a marvellous first trip. Thank you everyone involved.

I recently went to London with Jones the bus to see phantom of the opera which was bought for me by friends for my 60th. This is the second time we have gone on a theatre trip with Jones' and I would recommend them to anyone. the drivers are fantastic and so helpful, the seats in the theatre are second to none - please try them for yourself if looking for a theatre break - im already looking for our next one.

Excellent historical & emotional tour of the d-day beaches, extremely well planned especially with great company from all the other passengers, highly recommend Jones international for a little break, already looking forward to our next booking in January & then to hook again,THANK YOU JONES INTERNATIONAL

We met the coach at the depot and were greeted by Mark, our driver who took our luggage and loaded it. We left on time and collected the rest of the passengers and started our journey to IOW. A lovely journey with a stop for refreshments and a trip on the ferry. Got to the hotel and didn't need to do anything, everything was looked after.
Mark took us around the island with commentary on the places we visited with plenty of time to explore each place.
His driving was excellent considering the challenging roads over there and at all times we felt safe in the coach.
Jones International trip to IOW was our first coach trip anywhere and we were not disappointed. We had a great time, so relaxing with plenty to do. We will definitely be using Jones again for other trips. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could.

Blundson House Hotel. Worthy of its 4 star status. Rooms huge with all the amenities that you would need . Meals were enjoyable , hot and plentiful. Great menu choice. Swimming pool and spa facitities great.Grounds and gardens beautiful
We visited Oxford,Stow on the Wold, Burford.Chipping Norton, Cirencester and Bath on the way home . Top class stops all weekend. This trip exceeded my expectations and was well worth every penny . Top class!

Torvill and Dean weekend 12th April. Brilliant weekend comfortable coach. Battersea was disappointing. Torvill and Dean was amazing. Hotel on bath rd Heathrow was lovely evening meal on 1st night was a bit buzzard with queues which I’ve never experienced in this hotel before 😤 that aside the next days meal times improved. Callum our driver was brilliant. Looking forward to our next trip on October 🚌💕

Arrived home yesterday, from a 2 day trip, The Coronation Street Experience. I travelled with my 19 year old grand daughter, who loves Corrie. We were picked up 10 minutes early. After a few more pick ups on the way, we stopped off at Chester for 5 hours, and then onto the Mercure Haydock hotel. A great choice of hotel, our room was spacious, lovely big shower room, the beds were very comfortable. 3 course evening meal, which was delicious and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Lots on offer to choose from! I have never travelled with Jones before but found them to be very organised, the seats on the coach were labelled with our names, then after embarking at Chester, our room keys were already on the coach for us, saves queuing up when you get to the hotel. Shaun our driver was great, humorous, friendly, knowledgeable, one of the best! The Coronation Street experience itself, was fab, my grand daughter especially loved it, this was my 2nd time of visiting, but nevertheless was still a great experience. I would recommend this company, everything is so well organised. I will be looking to book more trips in the future!

Just returned from Moulin Rouge London and it was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely coach and very well organised. Our driver Callum was superb, he looked after us all so well and gave us commentary as we approached landmarks on the journey and right through London. His knowledge was exceptional.

Just returned from a fabulous trip to London to see Six the Musical. Performance was great & full of laughter, tour was well organised & the hotel had lovely rooms in a good location. This is the second time I have had James as my driver to London in 5 weeks & he is extremely knowledgeable of the area & full of personality. Great trip, great experience, only thing that could make it any better is being able to get to the hotel before the performance for a change of clothes etc. but only a minor disadvantage.

Excellent little getaway to Torquay for the weekend. As always reliable and comfortable coach journey there and back. Korrie our driver was excellent, professional, funny, very helpful and great driver. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and will definitely be booking other trips with Jones the bus. Looked after from start to end. Thank you.

Great company from Llandeilo. We had a wonderful trip to the Carol Service in the Royal Albert Hall with Jones the Bus. Excellent value for money, stress free trip, wonderful experience for Christmas with the family and great stay at The Holiday Inn Reading. Always feel in good hands with the drivers and James particularly was a hoot. Thanks very much. (Just wish you still did the Saturday Christmas day trips to Cardiff)

What a fantastic trip. My first one with this company but it won’t be the last. Went to Chatsworth House from Cardiff. Everything was perfect the hotel Leonardo in Nottingham was fantastic nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Our driver Sean was really nice with a great sense of humour. Thank you Jones International everything done for you so no delay on check it either

Had a great weekend with Calumn last weekend on our trip to Abba Voyage. He was very kind, helpful and informative about the local history in London. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. Will definitely be booking with Jones the Bus again.

Worth every penny! A 3 day trip to the Cotswolds. Lovely hotel, good food. Everything was taken care of totally hassle free all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Definitely recommend. We were a party of 7 and we will be booking with them again.

I didn't ever intend on writing a 1* review about Jones International but feel compelled too after the response I have had from them.

I have recently come back from the Harry Studio tour + London trip. The trip itself was great, driver was fab, bus clean, hotel lovely.

At the end of the trip the bus driver stated as Jones The Bus are a family run expanding business they welcome constructive feedback. I e-mailed them with positive and some constructive feedback.

This is the 2nd trip I have done with Jones the 1st trip had 11 pick ups this 2nd one had only 4. Alot of the pickups on the 1st trip were very close together and a few of them only had 2 passengers getting on. This made for a very long journey and felt unnecessary, it does take away from the trip a little. After experiencing a trip with fewer stops it really emphasised the difference. 3 stops in the Swansea are is not necessary.

Jones International are Carmarthenshire based but they also get alot of guests travelling up from Pembrokeshire just to use Jones. Including me. I passed my thoughts over to Jones International regarding this and also provided alot of praise. Despite my feedback I was still purely team yellow with every intention of being a regular customer.

Jones International responded to my feedback and I was astounded by the response. They stated they are a Carmarthenshire based company and their focus is their customer base in Carmarthenshire & M4 Corridor. In response to me stating I was looking forward to booking a trip with them next year, they reminded me to be aware they cannot guarantee the number of stops and suggested that I use a Pembrokeshire based company instead.

It was a long winded not so subtle way of saying we don't care if you don't live in Carmarthenshire and unless you are going to write a glowing 5* review they won't like you either. For a seemingly friendly, family run business I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and rudeness. They do not take feedback in any form.

Well I can firmly say I am no longer team yellow and will take up their suggestion of using a Pembrokeshire based coach company.

Just to note most other Coach operators either offer a feeder bus, or charge a supplement for certain pick up points that are off their main pick up route. The stops which only a couple of people get on at. This is common practice and Jones are missing the point with my feedback.

Their response was so rude I feel obliged to expose their behaviour publically and I will be recommending family and friends also use a Pembrokeshire based company instead. After all it is what they want.

Corey the driver excellent really lovey guy and knew his stuff , bus amazing so comfortable with everything you need on there.
Will definitely been booking again and soon.
