This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. The quality of products is dreadful and their attitude to returns or refunds even worse. It is a form of scam - taking customers money under false pretences.
DO NOT BUY FROM JONES LONDON

I would give no stars if I could! Bought a pair of shoes in my size 7 days before my holiday but they took two weeks to arrive (you only get 14 days to return and I was away for two weeks) and they came up small and were uncomfortable. I emailed them to query a return as there was no documentation in the package. Was referred to the returns policy, where it would cost £20-35 to return to their warehouse in China (company represents itself as Jones LONDON!) and there's no guarantee the package may get returned/obtain a refund as it may get held up in customs and I paid £35 for the shoes. As a gesture of goodwill they would give me 15% of the sale value back £5.25 and I could regift the shoes?! Never come across a refund policy like it in all my years shopping online. Learned my lesson to review ALL refund policies in future. Won't be buying from them again and hope other shoppers now are more aware that they are liable to losing their money on ill-fitting products which they won't get back! Feel absolutely scammed.

Same as ALL the others - imitating Jones London/Jones the Bootmakers - t/a Jones London - which as a Limited UK Company is registered in Liverpool - using a Chinese owned parcel delivery service based in Southall & fronting a company Sp Jones London ELST NL registered and banking in the Netherlands. Anyway, probably complicates cash refunds for what are counterfeit goods, advertised as made of leather, PVC received - you can actually see some of the stuff being modelled on Kingswood High Street, if you really want a treat - reminiscent of Ann Summers circa 1978. Finally they want you to know that they are environmentally conscious and concerned about CO2 emissions - do they know what Polychloride Vinyl is? As for goods needing to be returned to China, nothing on the postage or packaging indicates that this stuff has originated in China .. Not that I have entered into the return posting scenario but that could prove interesting too.

This company should be banned as they are not what they seem. I ordered 2 dresses they took weeks to come and didn't look anything like the picture, absolute garbage they look like rags. This company should be banned from trading in the UK or anywhere else for that matter

It doesn't deserve any stars. Take note of what everybody else has said. Completely fraudently company. Tries to preach to you about CO2 that sending stuff back will create and will cost more than the cheap goods are worth.

The company is Chinese and not based in London, UK as their website suggests.
They offered me 10% back and told me to "gift the items" to friends and family when I asked for a return & refund.
The items were of poor quality- one was completely the wrong size. The shoes that were the right size were far too small but you are almost unable to return anything.

Buyer beware! This Chinese company is fraudulently masquerading as a reputable clothes franchise. It is nothing of the sort: the products are shoddy and badly made. There is no phone number or address so refunds are virtually impossible.

No resemblance to the item ordered

The advertisement was for a luxurious jumper and what arrived many weeks later was loose knit in 4ply polyester yarn. It is terrible quality and no resemblance to what I ordered.

The returns and refund policy state that you have to ship it back to China at your own expense with customs charges on top and at your own risk. The return adds up to almost the whole price of the garment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD DONE MY HOMEWORK BEFORE GETTING SUCKED INTO BUYING.

Same as all other reviews. Would have given minus 10 if I could. Looks like its operated out of the Netherlands under Dutch law?

Company is fraudulent. Shipping sub standard products made in China which don’t match the adverts on their website, then stating the only way to get your money back is to return the items at your own considerable expense back to China. Now following advice on Martin Lewis website about complaining to the company, then my bank (with hope they’ll sort a full refund), with next stop the Trading Standards team..

I ordered a bag on sale which took over 2 weeks to arrive despite them claiming that it will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days. And like other customers I quickly learnt that it was a mistake to order from their website. The bag was damaged and upon investigation not a real leather at all! It doesn't match the picture on their website and when I contacted them about the refund a girl called Stephanie completely ignored me.

Please avoid at all costs.

Their bags are fake, damaged and do not resemble the advertised product at all.
I am surprised that they are allowed to do this!!!!

1Star is too good for this unethical company. Zero is my rating.
My biggest concern is that they have the backing of PayPal.
I have always trusted PayPal and if I see the PayPal logo I then trusted that this was an ethical company.
Jones London is leading you to believe the business is in London UK - it is not.
I have also been told returns can cost £20- £30 plus another charge for customs and it could be misplaced!!!
Bullies ask for return label and track your package. Make PayPal or your payment method aware of these underhanded bullies.

Avoid this Company like the plague.
I ordered, what I thought would be a lovely leather handbag, only to be sent a large, cheap, ugly plastic bag that smelled hideous.
I should have read the reviews before ordering.
Lesson learned.

Complete SCAM. Trying to lure you into thinking they are a top end London company selling top quality clothing. In fact it’s a Chinese company selling nothing like you order. I received two items from China that had no resemblance to the advertised product on the website. Not even the same material as advertised. No labels very low quality and took weeks to arrive. It was high end priced as well for utter cxap. Avoid this company like the plague. I am amazed after all the reviews they are still operating. Don’t waste your money or your time!

Ordered from Jones "London". Bag shipped from China. It has been 3 weeks and no sign. I have been asked to pay £1 to track my parcel and a subscription of £24.99 to keep tracking it.

Totally taken back by the cheap rubbish quality of my item which doesn’t resemble the item for sale.
Since the order was placed I realised it was out of China.
Buyers beware, can’t understand how platforms let these people advertise their rubbish.

BEWARE -FAKE LEATHER
I ordered two leather bags…. When they arrived, they were NOT leather. Returns policy is very poor and only 15% compensation offered.
They are still advertising bags as leather.

This is a scam ,inferior quality not linen as advertised . Not London China nylon

I ordered 2 bags without doing my homework which is totally out of character for me. I thought this company was London based, thinking it was Jones Bootmakers. After ordering (27/9) I then went on to various sights including trustpilot and was shocked to see all the negative reviews. I then phoned my bank but they were unable to cancel the payment. I then emailed Jones London on two occasions both bounced (not surprised). I then went on their website and sent 2 messages on 27/9 requesting that they cancel my order, I didn't hold much hope but it was worth a try for £60.00. That evening I received 2 emails stating my order has been cancelled and I would receive a full refund. I did receive a full refund on 1/10. I guess I was lucky.

Do not buy via IG. Jones of London are a Chinese company. Delivery is slow and tracking a joke. Their products are cheap shoddy and ill fitting. They fake their Trust Pilot reviews and don’t reply to emails. You have been warned. IG will do nothing to help.
