From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Lovely friendly staff. So keen to advise me on appropriate items for my pet. Always help take my purchases to the car. Chatty and empathetic. I love going to the store. A personal thank you to all the staff at Wrexham.

Good choice of dog food/ treats and toys etc. friendly service and support on hand if I had any questions (we needed specific flavour/ nutrition/ sized kibble) staff are all very knowledgeable but a young lady served us who was really lovely - especially to my disabled child. Will definitely be switching to here from PaH.

Jolly's, Wrexham store
I went to the Wrexham store, with some cat food that I was donating to the local charity.
The staff went above and beyond to help get the food out of the car and into the store
They were so helpful ans it was really appreciated

Good range of dog treats at a reasonable price. The price of dog food also seems more reasonable compared to Pets at Home and Farm & Pet.

I’ve found my pet store!
First time ever for me in a Jollyes and it was a fabulous experience.
I can buy so much for every one of my 12 pets as it’s all under one roof at great prices.
