From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Lovely friendly and knowledgable staff
Lovely friendly staff. I asked a staff member if he could recommend food for my picky poodle, we had already tried numerous brands, he suggested Lifestage Raw. Now we have a poodle which actually eats her food! Fantastic advice. Just need to make sure the wormers are correct for raw feeding.

FRIENDLY HELPFUL SERVICE
The store had what I wanted and the item was also on offer. The service at the checkout was excellent and the staff were both friendly and helpful even offering to carry the item out to my car as it was heavy.

We have been regular customers of Jollyes. Recent store changes are a big negative.
No longer are they selling loose dog biscuits WHY? They were always popular.
We feed K9 food to our dog. Changes in the shelving arrangement and foods stocked have minimised the space for K9 adult dog large bags and I took the last one available. Jollyes management- sort this out!

We're sorry that recent store changes, particularly the removal of loose biscuits and reduced K9 food stock, have negatively impacted your experience. changes are based on sales and any low sale items would be removed or reduced to allow for a higher selling product we apologise that this has had a negative impact on your shopping trends

Very Helpful Staff
I phoned my local Jollyes to check if they had an item in stock, which they did. I went there a few hours later and the person that served me remembered my call and was very helpful. Thank you ;-)

3 wonderful members of staff
3 wonderful members of staff, who were more than helpful to us in purchasing a harness, collar and lead for our female rescue Bull terrier. They were kind, and patient with her, after we explained her previous trauma. They gently helped her into her harness, and even after checking it was okay with us, gave her a Jolleys treat (which she loved and we bought 4 packs of, and will be getting them from you monthly now). Our girl was treated like a princess, and enjoyed her first outing to Jolleys, and I know will want to go inside again instead of waiting in the car. We've always had a great visit when going to Jolleys, and bringing our new rescue girl for the first time just confirmed our thoughts. The members of staff care. They're not just there for a wage packet, they genuinely love animals, and have so much time for us as customers too. Highly recommended store for the wonderful members of staff that are in their employ. Skye already looks forward to seeing you next month too.
