From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. A couple of weeks ago I purchased some…
A couple of weeks ago I purchased some loose bird feed for my parrot. I always put in in a sealed container so pleased I did as it was full of rice weavils not pleasant at all. Not jolleys fault and they were aware there was a infestation and took appropriate action to remove the weavils which I had never seen before. My parrots food pots were full of them and some had got into the room where my parrot is I was distraught but all OK now. The young girl who served me in the shop assured me they would not harm my bird.

I’m getting a puppy on Wednesday and I popped into Jollies to pick up a few bits. I was feeling overwhelmed and not sure what to get, I asked for help and the lovely lady was kind, patient and gave me all the time I needed. She was really busy with customer queries and telephone calls but that did not stop her making me feel valued. I could not thank her enough

Not the friendliest reception
The girl behind the counter had a snake wrapped round her arm and seemed to get a kick from me not wishing to be near it not exactly the friendliest welcome. The lad who took over however was great!

Underwhelming
It’s very overpriced, all ‘live food’ bugs are dead, fish tanks full of algae/uncleaned
The birds are clearly stressed and over crowded and shouldn’t be in the small cage they are in. grooming salon is never open, how can you expect regular customers?
The standards of this store are poor and need looking at.
