From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. No Ready To Collect Email
Prices are good. I did click & collect, the only issue was, I never received an email to say my order was ready to collect, it’s only because I went in there to find out what was happening that I was told it was ready.

Staff are great
Staff are great, products are good and competitively priced but the aisles are always always chocked with pallets etc blocking easy access. As a disabled user it’s my only real gripe otherwise good job.

Just missed out on a 5 because none of your worm screen tablets available in store so had to by others.
Worm screen was not in stock last time I looked to buy some.

The fact that there is a good variety of live foods for exotic pets. I have Tarantulas and unlike other pet shops Jollyes stock everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great supplier of raw natural dog food

loose canary seed
Whenever i come to buy loose canary and other cage bird seed youve never got any and i was told your stopping selling loose seed its ridiculous as a lot of people with birds find its more economic to buy it this way
