Great staff at the Thetford store, in particular Hayley who always greats us with a smile, very helpful and efficient and she has lovely writing too.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The recent harness I bought fell apart on a walk [a ring snapped, which meant the two pieces came adrift] The manager was more than sympathetic as I have a young dog, and gave me a new harness in exchange. On top of that because there was an offer on, I received a small amount of money back too!

Choice in store was great
Choice in store was great. Customer service not so good... three staff all moved away from till area leaving it totally unmanned, customer had to go find someone to serve us.. not what you would expect to have to do.

Excellent service and price for Rabies…
Excellent service and price for Rabies Vaccination. Vet was very friendly and kind to dogs.
I booked online and filled out my two dogs details, but was surprised the receptionist then had to ask all the details again and hand write them out. Come on Jollies make this an automated system - get a printer!

Friendly Jollyes
Easy access to the store for starters! Staff acknowledged me straight away. Was offered seat, I have copd, and seen straight away. I must admit I couldn't make an appointment online, I actually came into the store to make the appointment.
Staff were good all round, at the vet section and store staff. Ruby, my dog, was given full examination then her inoculation and kennel cough. No problem there.

Jolley’s Thetford
Very helpful, friendly service, happy to give advice and help to find what you want if you are unsure. Brilliant quantity and variety of good quality stock. Very impressed and happy to shop there for any of my pet needs. Prices exceptionally good too.
I have been shopping there for about 20 years and always been impressed with the service. I have also noticed that the quality of their stock has got even better in the past couple of years, especially the raw dog food and healthy treats for dogs. The whole shop is spotlessly clean and well laid out.
