From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. The deputy manager at Thetford…
The deputy manager at Thetford yesterday could not do enough to help me despite the store just receiving a huge delivery. She was so pleasant. Also, another part time lady assistant was very helpful regarding products and the app.

Helpful staff to get thing from high…
Helpful staff to get thing from high shelf and help putting heavy items into the trolley. Friendly staff at checkout, looked for any online offers on my account, I like to have things in the trolley showing the barcodes so we don’t have to pick up heavy items un-necessarily.

I regularly visit my local store
I regularly visit my local store. This is mainly for my dogs but also for chickens and wild bird food. The staff are always helpful if I am not able to find any products. When I am not able to carry heavy bags there is no hesitation in helping me. Store is always clean
