From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Went in jollies Fenton Stoke-on-Trent on trent yesterday, the service was awful went for some advice, the young girl didn't know any advice and then she direct me to another person she was older grey hair but she was very abruptly said we don't do any wet food, I said no I don't want wet food only advice on foods, I could have walked straight out of the shop but I did spend some money, but your staff need to know how be more polite and have more customer service skills I would certainly look into it before you lose any more customers by not giving the right advice

First Impressions :)
I attended the Fenton shop on Wednesday for the first time and was helped by a lovely lady. She was very nice and helpful and I look forward to attending again when I need any supplies for my kitten

Fantastic store on Victoria road!
Amazing store and not only that the staff! Oh my god they are so kind and friendly!! Big dog lovers aswel! They are all so easy to talk to and also offered me so great advice for my fur baby. Also the dog food is a bargain! My dog is a fussy boy and he’s had a empty bowl every time since.. just wanna say you’ll be well looked after with these..
