From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. I buy my raw food from here
I buy my raw food from here for my dogs. Great range of priducts and very friendly and helpful staff. They also award customers money off vouchers when you use their app in store.

So pleased with Jenna the manager at Southend. My dog has allergies and one of the few treats he can have had changed and so many of them have multiple ingredients but she knew exactly which treats were safe for him and he's loving them. I will definitely buy from Jollyes again! Thanks Jenna

I had a great experience at the pet shop thanks to one of the assistants, Pixie. She was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about food options for my dog. I never felt rushed, and Pixie made sure I left with something that actually suited my pet's needs.

Awful service
Awful service. Not sure what's wrong with the lady behind the till, she was rude to the customer she was serving a couple of customers in front of us, then had a issue because the customer in front of us, let us go first....didnt say please, thank you, goodbye all the basic things we do as human beings.....AVOID AVOID AVOID

As good as it gets 7+ ocean feast large box
We went to jollyes as they sell the food 'as good as it gets ' 7+ ocean feast large set, many other shops either only sell the smaller version or don't sell it at all. We also found other items such as litter tray liners and scratch boards for a good price.
