From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Went to buy an another rain coat for my girl Lucy, the lady in the shop was excellent and found us the right size. She tried it on Lucy was a perfect fit.

Rescued a dog a breed I'd never had before went to jollyes at Snowhill and the young girl I spoke to was brilliant very friendly came away with everything needed for my furbaby 😁 would recommend going to jollyes 😁

The Best Pet shop
Brilliant pet shop, loads of choice. The staff are always really nice, smiling & very helpful. The shop is also really clean & tidy, a pleasure to walk round freely to view everything. My German shepherd loves the shop too. Thank you Jollyes very much. Barbara 🥰

Staff aren’t as pleasant or as helpful…
Staff aren’t as pleasant or as helpful as the staff you had previously. I was always helped out to my car with the big sack of dog food even if I said that I was ok. It would be nice to be asked if people would like help to their cars with awkward items. It does make a difference as I will be shopping at a different store that always asks if I need help, sometimes I do and sometimes it’s ok.
