From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. They could have flatter trolley’s to get big bags of dog food onto Esther than in higher deeper ones
Then to struggle in and out with the foods and trolly full or empty
The display inside rather than items outside is much better I can tell an improvement in that and safer

Extremely helpful
I have recently hurt my back and could not carry the large bag of dog kibble to my car, luckily the lovely helpful member of staff offered to take it to my car for me. This was beyond been helpful, I am truly grateful.

You walk in and it's a calm and safe environment, there's lots to choose from for your pet and the staff are friendly, always with a smile on there faces 😊

The gentleman that served me was…
The gentleman that served me was extremely polite and friendly. He Knew where all items were and even carrried the pet carrier I purchased to the till.
I am sorry I can't remember his name, but I was there on the 13/01/2025 around 6.30 at the Meadowhall retail park branch.
