From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Great store with excellent staff
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they will look in the back to check stock availability if not on shelves. Always smiling and cheerful.
This is my favourite place to shop. I must admit I do miss looking at the pets which were in store but overall I haven't one single negative comment.

Lazy staff
I came in to buy my usual dog food at about 6pm and was in store for about 20 minutes in which time I was helped by a lovely lady called Gemma. the service I received from Gemma on the checkouts was exceptional, she was lovely and polite, however the male member of staff who was also in had been sat on the floor doing nothing the entire time I was in store, it came across as very lazy and unprofessional and seemed to not want to be there at all, leaving the lovely Gemma to do all the work.

Great little store but all too often…
Great little store but all too often does not have the items we want in stock....we wanted Whiskas Dentabites, however there was just one packet in stock (our cat will not eat the other brands)
Staff were friendly & it's good to see they no longer sell live animals

The girls are so helpful and kind to my dog Calvin(who is a retired guidedog)a beautiful Labrador/retriever cross.Calvin has had his photo taken and featured on your Selby FB page.
I always buy his food/treats from Jollyes.

Doggy birthday shopping
Excellent shop always clean and tidy, all the staff are friendly had a lovely member of staff who helped with the engraving machine (didn’t get their name)
Can always find what I wanted and more, probably visit every month.

Selby store experience
Becca at Selby store was excellent. Great customer service and always a friendly with a smile and chat. Went out of her way to get me cat litter stored in the back, not on the shelf.
