From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Great, if you can get it
Jollyes is a welcomed addition to the High Street when it comes to getting our pet supplies. Great products great range great price however you play a game of chance on whether the items you need are actually in stock More often than not, a trip to the shop to get your pet food or treats often results in disappointment because Jollyes have no stock. It cannot be that difficult to trend your customers buying habits and ensure there is a good supply, this seems to be a simple thing that Jollyes struggle to overcome. fix this and five stars would be no problem. The staff, by the way, are mostly very helpful, one or two could do with training on customer interaction, but mostly great!

Great value for money
I love Jolleyes, mainly for the fact that they sell pet supplies at good prices with a range of options from economy to premium. They do not try to rip you off with prices like at other places such as pets at home.

Great place to shop all things pets

The staff are always very friendly and helpful at the Poole Branch. Offering great customer service and advice. The shelves are always well stocked too, with a good variety of items to choose from.
