Removing some dog treats which sell well just because they are cheap is unfair to customers and their dogs. Why are you removibg rhe fish fingers at 50p treats well customers buy many of these

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. As always, it was easy to find what I needed and the staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Helpful and Knowledgeable

Shop was busy and I couldn’t find your app on my phone, the lady at the till point was kind, professional and calming. She quickly found me on the system and didn’t make me feel rushed or silly; she’s a credit to your company and to herself

Friendly and welcoming.

A great range of everything I need for my dog, she loved her trip to the store and we came away with treats as well as other purchases for her. Signed up for the points scheme too which will build into future offers and money off products.

The redigrass was available and the…

The redigrass was available and the staff helpful.
My Jollyes app wouldn't load up in the store or outside, and said there was a security issue.
Later in the day it did load, hopefully there is a facility to add the points in the shop next time. 🤔
