They are alway very helpful in that store , I walk with a walking stick and can't carry the big big bags of wood pellets cat litter ,so they always carry them to the car for me . I've been to other pet shops but I don't get any help from them ,that's why I always go to jollies x

The range of items are good, i can park conveniently, the staff are always friendly. Plus you are in my neighbourhood and I like to support local shops.

I couldn't fault the service we had. The assistant was welcoming and friendly also the vet was very kind and gentle with my dog's 1st vaccination. Booked for his 2nd vaccination.

No one seemed happy in their work. Vets consultation room was so small the door had to be left open. No one asked if we wanted to purchase other monthly subscription.

Service was lacking. As a pensioner I carried a 12Kg bag of food to the till where 3 young people stood talking. I was served by a young lady then watched by all three as I picked up the bag and carried it outside. It wasn't the fact that I may have needed help, it was the fact that no-one asked me would I like some help.

Been using jollies to buy my dog food and treats for a while now and they are brilliant , the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, prices are reasonable and normally cheaper than pets at home, and the range of products is very extensive. Well worth a visit, definitely recommended

I would like to see more things for domestic birds. (Cockatiels etc). There is already more than any other store but not as much as there used to be. Other retailers have also cut down hugely but so many people have indoor birds as they are generally easy to maintain.

I also think it would be useful when standing in the queue of the Norwich, Sweetbriar store if there was something/somewhere to lean your purchases on whilst waiting in line. Many product purchases are bulky too big for trolleys or baskets or trolleys can't be found. Everytime I go I see people struggling with arm loads; me included, at check-out. This is of course because you do always have a very good range of products to tempt the animal lover.

Lovely staff . Good value for money. And lots to choose from .ie.dog food and treats .

Very friendly and helpful at Norwich

Dogs needed annual boosters , vets wanted £75 each ! saw the advert in jolleys £25 each. I checked the vaccines were the same as vets (they are) went ahead and booked appointment for 2 dogs , I must say well impressed , just a small room at back of store ,lady vet even did a mini check first ! they were weighed , heart and ears teeth all checked for £25 each. Highly recommended 5***** goodbye overflated vet booster prices

Brilliant staff very helpful and accommodating cant recommended enough and big thank you to the lady on the phone in the norwich store to help confirm the vanguard vaccine for our puppy which was difficult to find 10 out of 10 and cheaper more convenient than the vets
