From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Our first time using the store, good variety of treats
Our first time using the store, to purchase lots of items for our large breed puppy. This store has a lot of variety, and I really enjoyed my visit. Unfortunately not a lot of variety of kibble, for puppy, or what we were looking for ie large breed puppy kibble, with no chicken or beef but salmon in 12-15 kg sacks.

Pawfect Service
The staff are amazing. They made us feel so welcome with our new rescue dog. They sensitively made a fuss of him, and he had a couple of treats. They were happy to assist us in making choices for him.
The shop is large and spacious and easily accessible for my wheelchair.
The range of goods is incredible… they seem to stock most things.
Very happy experience…

Great range of products, lower pet club prices reward loyalty, nice helpful staff, long opening hours, always likely to meet lovely doggos in store on your visit which is a bonus. Dog spa facility and pet clinic. What’s not to love ❤️

The Newport
The Newport, Isle of wight store is always really friendly and helpful. They have a good range and have good offers on which help when everything is so expensive at the moment. Especially if you have a few pets which we have.
