Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Helpful assistant who took me to the aisle I needed and did not rush. I use a cane and he did not walk off but walked at a pace I was comfortable with. Not many people are that considerate.

Jolley’s always have a good selection of cat food, and they sell their Royal Cannin cat food individually, which saves buying big boxes, more variety for our feline friends.

Brilliant store

The store usually has everything we need to care for our small dog. From toys to clothes the selection is good.

Very helpful gentleman & lady whose names I unfortunately did not get.
Gentleman help me find a suitable vet bed for my car & the young lady at cash desk gave me great directions for local dog walks in the area. Both dogs had a fuss made of them too.
Extremely pleased with my purchase.
