From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Sadly a disappointing visit
There used to be a lovely group of staff in the store, they seem to have gone. The staff member was unhappy and I seemed to be a bit of an annoyance!
You also no longer do the 'pick and mix' dog treats, I asked if there were possibly large bags available and, without making eye contact, the colleague said... it's just whatever is over there 😕

Overly complicated and discounts now hidden
Sick of the overly complicated way to get discount off dog food. Changed to jollyes when the straight forward membership reward system was in place for card holders. Not much if a saving anymore so will prob look for another provider.

Great customer service
Great products, fabulous staff, very helpful and even though they were about to lock up, they took the time to serve me and to discuss my dogs feeding needs.

Great sales assistant…
The sales assistant was very friendly and even helped me carry my items to my car to save me another trip back into store. I use a walking stick.
