From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. When we came in last time and joined…
When we came in last time and joined your club we were told we would get a 10% off coupon to use next time we came in. No mention of it having an expiry date. Long story short came in to buy more food and treats etc ( some of which I was going to use to do a charity advent calendar) only to be told your vouches had expired. When I asked if there was anything I could do to get another U was told no. So I very much doubt we will bother to use your store in the future. If we’d been told there was a time limit I would have used it within the time. Not very impressed at all.

Just one of your staff are very blunt not very helpful when you talk to them never smile or laugh, all the others are great never had an issue with them I come in regular.

Well stocked store
Well stocked store with plenty of good quality bargains. Very competitive prices especially with so much competition in the area. Staff are always knowledgeable and helpful

Friendly and affordable option
Our local store is always well stocked, lots of variety on the natural treats and friendly, helpful staff. Ever since getting our dog we have used Jolleys and will continue too.
