From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Always buy my dogs food from Jollyes the staff are friendly and helpful and the lifestage dog food is excellent won't use anything else for my lovely old doggy

Staff & vet were brilliant
Staff were welcoming .. great customer service . The vet himself was brilliant my big dog is very nervous at the vets this was not an issue today . Highly recommend

Customer service good
Customer service was quite good, but I bought something wrong and had to return it, no problem at all, just another thing, it was nail clippers there was 2 choices and both were for small pets, not very good when you have big dogs, and also I haven't been in kettering store for some time but the new layout makes the store look uch larger 👍

Doggy pick and mix.....awesome idea
I found what I needed, I found extra things that I didn't need but bought.......the individually priced pigs ears etc......like a doggy pick and mix is an excellent idea
Finally, the lady who served me was couteous, polite and friendly.
