Local Jollyes is very handy. They have started stocking more natural treats for dogs which is brilliant - they need to get rid of the rawhide though and expand their frozen food section.

we bought Kat Kin for our 3 cats as you had the offer on of by one get one free and found all the staff very helpful

Staff are always friendly, helpful and polite. I always find what I am looking for and the store is always well stocked. It is always a good experience when shopping in your store (High Wycombe).... Se mere

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I've always found the staff at Jollyes…

I've always found the staff at Jollyes to be very helpful whenever I've called in & this time was no different .. :) They are always willing to help with heavy purchases which I appreciate very much & you can always be sure of receiving a smiling welcome .. :)

“Disgusting Experience – Bags of Feed Infested with Bugs”

I had a shocking experience at Jollyes today (26/08/2025). I went in to buy chicken feed but since they didn’t have Layers Pellets, I purchased Mixed Corn along with a few other items.

When I got home and opened my boot, I was horrified to find the bag of Mixed Corn swarming with bugs that spilled out into my car. By the time I got my hoover to clear them, they had already crawled under the seats.

I phoned the store straight away and was told to bring the bag back. They replaced it, but after getting my car professionally valeted, I noticed more bugs crawling on the replacement bag as I was putting it back in my car. I returned it again. At first, staff refused to change it until I pointed out the bugs were clearly visible, at which point they reluctantly agreed.

When I asked if they would cover the cost of the car valet (which I only had to pay for because of their faulty product), they refused — despite having seen the state of the first bag themselves.

My only regret is not taking pictures in the moment, as I was too busy panicking about the bugs spreading across my car, which I also need for work.

The product quality and customer service were both appalling. I will not be returning to Jollyes and I strongly warn others to check what they are buying.

as requested please provide us with image of the infestation in car caused by this and we would be more then happy to pass to senior team along with receipt of the area being cleaned for consideration, at no point have we stated we are not willing to assist but we would require evidence of the issue
