From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. I visit Jolleys Harrogate almost every week, it does not matter which staff members are working at the time I visit, they are always very helpful, polite and accommodating when I turn up at closing time

Friendly helpful staff, bad organisation of stock.
The Harrogate store is always messy, there's stock blocking aisles. Always get asked if I'd like to donate to a dog shelter, despite going in 4 times a week. This is not sustainable, and I'd like the option to donate without being asked everytime. No grooming services.
Staff are always friendly and helpful though.
