Excellent customer service!
Item I wanted wasn't on shop floor; a quick word to the manager, Dawn, and before I knew it the item was brought from the warehouse. They even offered to carry it to my car for me!! Exceptional service from the Harrogate store!!

Such a professional and dog sensitive approach to the groom. Made such a difference to how relaxed and comfortable my dog felt for the first time with Amy. Great cut and great experience .would highly recommend

Grooming section
I waited a long time for someone from the grooming section to answer a quick question, eventually a very bored looking staff member from the shop floor took my question to the groomer but sadly it wasn't really answered. The shop staff member just said she was sorry she could help me, I said I think it's a question for the groomer really. The groomer was with a dog but I think could have broken off to give me a minute. I left without making a booking. If they can't be bothered to answer a question, I certainly wouldn't trust them with my dog. The shop is well stocked though and good prices.

Our groomers will be availible to answer questions when convenient and safe within the groom stages and would not be able to leave certain aspects of the groom to answer questions as this can cause distress to the animal currently being groomed

The groomers at Jollyes were incredibly professional and displayed a genuine love for animals. They took the time to greet my dog warmly, which helped to ease any anxiety. Their friendly demeanour made me feel comfortable leaving my pet in their care.
Quality of Grooming
The grooming quality was excellent. My dog came out looking clean, well-trimmed, and happy. The groomer paid close attention to detail, ensuring that my dog’s coat was even and tidy. They also made sure to follow any specific instructions I had regarding the style and length of the haircut.
Clean and Safe Environment
The grooming area was clean and well-maintained. Safety seemed to be a top priority, with secure areas for the pets and proper sanitation protocols in place. This gave me peace of mind knowing that my dog was in a safe and hygienic environment.
