From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Good that they do not sell pets, but could bump up their cat food rangeange
It's a good place to shop and I go there because they do not sell live animals. They are a bit dog-orientated though and I could not buy the veterinary diet food I need for my cat.

Nice supply of pet food, layout uninspiring and staff lacking a bit of energy, may have just been the time that I visited, will update if it's different when I go again.

Hit and miss …
Should be able to ring and book as well as online, not everyone can use a computer. Although we have all booked, lady was doing some whoever was first in line, so I was put on time but a man whose appointment was half an hour before me was still standing there, Although he was showing the lady his conformation, she ignored him. Not on. Internet wasnt working so she took me to the tills to pay, opened a till to do it so the people in the queue had a go at me for jumping in.
