From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. I was shopping for the cat who is very fussy!
Found her biscuits - perfect. Needed cat wormer and flea treatment so queued for help and payment. Only one till taking card payments which meant my visit took 20 minutes. Staff were helpful and courteous whilst working under this pressure. They said that they had been without a fully functioning system since Friday. I am surprised that they were sane.

Visited branch
Visited branch, till sensor broken, 2nd day according to staff, had to put foods in manually, with no discount, as on product shelf, had to pay full price and needed the food and 15 people queue. No receipt available so unable to get discount back. Staff moaning and swearing,manager trying to calm her down. Not very happy with service.

I find emails and vouchers hard to sort
I find. Sorting threw the many emails for money off vouchers at the check out very awkward and on this occasion the team member seemed not very knowledgeable or happy checking my messages.
Could you not send vouchers separately.
