From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. I went into one of your store and there…
I went into one of your store and there was a rong price on one of your products and I know buy low i should have had it at that price when I spoke to the manager she said that the product was out of stock but it was not covered up and when I mentioned it she taken the label off i was discussed

Staff are pushy and rude
Staff are pushy when asking to donate and buy a can of dog food. When you politely decline they try to guilt you in to buying or are rude. Told my husband 'well what about the dogs?'
They also sell the donated dog food to you for retail so they make a profit on donated food.

Everyone at the store that I spoke with was lovely! The store was so clean! I also saw a very cute dog when shopping for presents for my little doggy!

Gone very expensive and lot less choise
You're stuff , particularly your manager is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond to look after the customers. However , since jollies have taken over this store , the stock has depleted significantly and the prices have raised significantly. The dog treats in particular.You don't carry anything like as many that you used to carry , particularly of the raw ones.
