From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Peanut butter for dogs reduced to £2 if bought individually, i bought 2 that should have been £4. However its included in a deal!!! 2 for 4.50 ! Now am not a mathematician but that does not make sense ! When questioned a member of staff, was told thats the deal and you can return them if you want for a full refund ! Shocking service !

Great store, good value
The store had a really good selection of items, well laid out, and for really good value (better than most other places we've found). The lady at the till was very nice too. We'll definitely be back.

Still selling some stuff that is now known to be unsafe such as exercise balls.

Good advice
I asked for advice on what was best to get for my gerbils, for a while the were hiding at the bottom of the cage and we never seen them so I've started buying different things and they've been out more often and I've liked getting to see them more often, I was shopping for toys and treats and the man I spoke to to gave me good advice.
