From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Perfect fit for my pooch.
Sorry didn’t take the girls name at the time but she was very helpful at the Jollyes Cannock store. She fitted my pooch with a perfect harness. A very pleasant girl indeed.

Lovely staff
The interest the staff took in asking about my dog and sharing about their own along with a reminder to bring her with me next time made me feel like I’d made some new mates and yes, next time I will bring her along too!

I use the Cannock Store which has a good selection of Raw which I stock up on once a month!! The store is very well layed out and stocks just about everything you could possibly need for your Pets,it also has a Dog Washing Grooming facility in store so worth going along for a look!!!!!

Stroppy staff member!
I go to the Cannock branch and 99% of the staff are helpful.BUT!There is one middle aged woman who seems to take delight in messing people around every time they go to a counter she makes them move to the other one.So I stand in the middle she seems to take delight in making it difficult to pay and talks down to people I have almost stopped going there!But my dogs like the food!
